I grab my car keys and head down to my little brothers daycare. My name is Mia and I needed to pick my little brother up from his daycare 20 minutes ago. His name is Andy and hes annoying as fuck. But oh well.

once I arrive to the daycare i rush out my car and begin to walk through the halls of the empty daycare. I arrive to the office and see that my little brother any was sitting on one of the chairs next to his superviser...and she looked mad at me.

"where we're u 20 minutes ago young lady? Your poor brother has been waiting for you...and wondering around the halls like a lost puppy!"

She said as she handed me Andy. He looks at me and smiles. Ugh look what I got my self into. "Where I was at is none of your buisness. And I'm leaving right now so drop it."
I said and grab Andy's hand. I have always been that way with her...I've never liked her. I begin to walk fast towards my car with Andy trying to catch up behind me. I open the back door of the car and watch Andy take his seat behind mine.


I sit in the drivers seat and begin to drive.
"So Andy how was your day?" I ask in a different tone from the one i talked to his supervisor with. I wanted to make sure he wasn't mad at me for picking him up 20 minutes late.

"It was fine....I made a new friend today!" He said. "you did! Wow what's his or her name?" I asked relief he was speaking to me.

"Its a he and his name is harry.! Hes really cool and he took care of me today while my teacher Was out." He said. Oh...a little kid took care of him?
"um Andy...how old his harry?" I asked
"I'm not sure but he looks like hes your age." He said

ok...but why wasn't his teacher watching him?


I pulled over when I notice we are infront of the house. As I parked Andy spoke up.

"Can harry come tomorrow to play?" He asked me
"um i dont know....if he wants?" I said....he grows up with me only.....my mom died and my dad left me with my brother.. I tried calling him once and it was a big mistake because he said he doesnt want me in his life and that my brother and I where just a mistake.... Ever since I've been cutting my self....but Andy doesnt know and it's staying that way.


Poor kid doesnt need his life to be a living hell. I have a few cuts on my arms and some are deep....I try to stop but my life is a tragedy.....

"Mia?" Andy says causing me to snap out of my thoughts.
"um yeah he can come." I said and take a gulp. I fear the thoughts that just crossed my mind.

"YESSSS!!! "He said and I can already picture the smile on his face.

"Tomorrow. You dont dont have to pick me up because he's bringing me!" He said and rushed out the car once I finished parking. I walk inside and and see that Andy I has a paper sticking out his pocket.


"Andy what's that?" I say grabbing it and begin to realize its a phone number.

"Its harrys number so that you can give him the adress!" He said and snatched my phone out of my pocket call.

"Hey! Give me my phone back!! Andy! Stop" I say and snatch it from his hands and glare.

"Ummm andy who was that?" I hear someone speak on the other end. Once I realize he was on the phone my eyes shot open and I threw my phone at Andy. He catches it and brings the phone to his ear. " sorry I'm on my sisters phone and she didn't like it." He said playfully laughing. I could hear harry I think...chuckling.

" so what did your parents say about me coming over?" Harry asked Andy...Andy was silent...he looked down and then looks at me...I took my phone back and talked before Andy broke down.


"Uh..Hi! Its Andy's sister.... Andy told me to talk for him because he needed to finish something? Any ways his parents said it was fine you can come over."

I say before taking a deep breathe.
"Oh ok...sounds good. Text me the adress." He said in a raspy british accent.

"Yeah ok. Bye"

i hung up the phone and bent down to check on Andy. He was still silent. I was taken by surprise when he takes me in for a hug.
"I miss mom..." He said hugging me tighter. I felt bad for him. I hugged him back..."me too." I say.



He lets go and goes to his room.

"Goodnight Mia!" He said and closes the door.


I get up and walk to my room...since tomorrow I'm gonna be home alone so I think I'll call Lisa and Bridgett.....yep that's exactly what I'm gonna do.....
