Somebody To Love. (52nd Chapter)

Giselle's POV:

“Harry now isn’t the time for us to argue. Please, can’t you just let me have my decision in this? (I let out a sigh, as his features solidify more) Its not that far away from you, and I’ll always come over and you would obviously do the same. I just need to go back to my job and my apartment. I really can’t keep myself hanging on thin air, when my life has as much responsibilities as you do.”
His eyes shift from mine to Liam, as he requests as calm as he could manage right now. “Mate, we need a minute please.” Liam nods in quick acknowledgment, rushing back to the backyard where everyone is gathered. Harry keeps his hands in mine, while he shits to sit beside me. “(He closes his eyes, releasing a huge breath) Do you really want this?” When I don’t reply, his beautiful eyes reopen to look at me.
I give him a slow nod, which earns a throaty groan from him. He then lifts my hands up to his lips, kissing the surface softly; making my body heat increase. “I want you to be happy, doll face. I’m offering you to stay here with us, because you’re just as important as my sister and mum. But, if you think you’ll be happier in your own place, then I guess I’ll have to agree. (He fake pouts) Even though I won’t be able to sleep without you being beside me, but I’ll try my best.”
I giggle at the relief that washed over me from his words, he’s really changing and he's clearly trying; and I know for a fact that this is all for my sake. I lean my lips to his, kissing the pouty expression in a thankful matter.“(He speaks during the peck) Don’t be so happy, I’ll be coming over if I can’t sleep.”
I ruffle his curls lightly, before I reply: “Harry, I don’t know what to tell you. You’ve changed so much from the first time we met. I don’t even think that you are the same person, which held me captive in the first place. I can see how hard you’re trying to please me, how hard you’re trying to calm those negative reactions, which I hate a lot. (I lean my head over his shoulder, while his long arms embrace me) You’re the only one that I care for; you’re everything I need. And I want to give you the best, since I’m getting it from you constantly. I just love you, okay?” I feel his chest vibrating at his soft laugh, while his hands grasp me tighter into the cuddle. “All I need is your love, babe. That’s enough for me.”
…A Week After (At Night)…
Here I am, back to my old lifestyle; but the difference is that I now have somebody to love; and somebody to love me back as well. I was so grateful that the library owner was understanding, as he allowed me to retrieve my job back without a glance. I never told him the real reason behind my sudden disappearance, but in some way I convinced him that I was ill and my phone was damaged.
The guys and Harry have been my constant visitors, throughout the week. Right now, I am at the supermarket; fetching some groceries for the evening. I still remember how I used to be scared to go out at night, and the rising memory is now my source of laughter. What would I need to be afraid of? No one is left to cause that fright, and Harry and I are perfectly falling for each other more and more each day.
Tonight is our anniversary, and I promised him a well-cooked dinner; since he is a fan of my cooking. I smile at the cashier, as he hands me the brown bags filled with my purchases. I walk giddily through my beloved London street, allowing the light poles to glow my footsteps. I can’t wait to see Harry, because as strange and exciting as it may sound; I can’t get enough of his presence around my apartment anymore. Home is not where I am; home is where we both are.
