Just A Little Bit
Twenty- Six
It was silent for a full minute until Mom shoved me a little. I snapped out of the trance his eyes had put me under. Blinking a couple times, I answered back, my own voice shaking as hell.
"And you look handsome."
Mom should've had impressed written on her forehead or been clapping for fucks sake. She really wanted Zayn and I together? If only she knew about him and me. Things would go to hell then- she still thinks I'm a virgin.
Zayn's smile was effortless and stole the breath from me. It was hard not to stare at his beauty. How could a guy look so amazingly handsome and posh? I bit down on my bottom lip hard, enough to draw blood, and looked down at the wooden table.
"How long have you two known each other?"
"A month."
"Oh really?" Mom turned to me with a pissed off gleam in her dark eyes. Why the fuck was she mad that I hadn't told her about him?! I didn't want to be here!
It seemed like I was telling myself that more than I was screaming it at her.
"Well how did you two meet? Class?" Mom beams again. I blink at her over eager expressions. I felt Zayn's eyes on me, taunting me with the possibilities of what he could say. I could practically see the smirk on his lips- those perfectly bowed pink full lips. How they decorated my skin with rough kisses and how they felt between my thighs.
My thoughts made me blush and squeeze my thighs abruptly together, making it catch the table cloth and shift everything towards me.
"Grace!" Mom cried out when her silverware fell to the ground. She made a move to gather the utensils but Zayn held a hand up, telling her politely that he'd get it. Soon he was disappearing under the table and I held my breath. Good thing I had worn a long dress.
I waited patiently for his head to arise but instead felt his fingers creep up the side of my leg beneath the fabric of my dress. I grit my teeth and kick him and he only chuckles in response. I frowned at his amusement. This was not the time or place.
"Grace, Zayn is under the table. Stop kicking him." She hissed at me, standing up from her chair. My eyes widened. She chose this exact moment to go the bathroom. "Be back in a few." She smiled and winked, turning her back on us and striding down the hall.
My breath caught when his fingers traveled over my thigh.
"Zayn." I whispered, grabbing his hand from its treacherous climb and shoving it back. He was quick to grab my own hand, pulling me down with him.
I frowned, falling and probably attracting a couple glares from the surrounding tables. I found his amber eyes in the dark and raised my hand to slap him. Zayn grabbed my free hand quickly and leaned forward, pressing his lips to my exposed collarbone. My breath hitched.
"Not here." I murmured, trying to focus on anything besides him. "My Mom will be back soon-"
"Shut up." He growled, moving my left hand with my right and holding them both with one of his large hands, trapping my neck behind his other hand, holding me in place. "Don't move and I'll finish in a second." He whispered greedily, continuing the purple bruise on my neck.
Great. A hickey.
'Oh honey, where'd you get that bruise?' Under the table Mom with Zayn Malik.
As much as I hated it, I loved it at the same time. Like everything else with Zayn, it was addictive and hypnotic so I couldn't move and concentrate. My efforts to push him away were useless and eventually I let him do his dirty work on me.
Zayn pulled away with a heavy breath. Our eyes locked and I found my breaths coming in short pants. His hand lifted up to move a tendril of hair behind my ear. I flushed a deeper red and the corners of his lips raised.
"You're flushed and now you're mine," He licked his lips, eyes moving to the spot he just sexually attacked. "That's what you get for not looking at me and wearing such a fine dress. Now sit up. Your mother is back."
Quickly and quietly I was up in my seat again, facing Zayn who smirked as Mom sat back down.
"You're red, Grace. Are you hot?"
And of course that made me fucking blush more.
