Louis' POV
*Two Weeks Later*

"This is fucking ridiculous." Harry mumbled next to me as he let his tired head fall onto the meeting table that we were all sat around.

Everyone looked glum and defeated as we had all been looking as hard as possible for the small girl that had suddenly 'disappeared'.

I really struggled at times to act like the other boys, but I was getting use to having Kasey around and many times a day I found myself nearly letting my new found memories of the girl slip.

But I had to hold it together.

This was after all for Kasey's safety.

Even Niall didn't know she was at my house as he decided to find his own apartment that was still close to all the gang houses. It was a complete coincidence that his last night at my house was the night Kasey showed up at our doorstep but even when I lied to him and said she went home the next morning, he still didn't tell Harry.

I knew he wouldn't with how much he's obsessed with Kasey.

"We'll find her mate." I spoke softly trying to comfort Harry since no one else had.

"When?! And even if we do I will never be able to make up for what I did! For god sakes she ran away from me for a reason!" He yelled, lifting his head up to glare at me.

"Back the fuck off me! You're the one that basically raped her!"I snapped and said the one thing I knew he hadn't told anyone else and my eyes instantly widened when his did.

"How did you know that?!" He whispered darkly as he slowly stood and violently punched his hands into the table so suddenly it made every single one of us jump.

"I'm not stupid Harry. That girl loves you so much you had to have done something really horrible. The night of Stan's memorial at the club was the last time we saw you two together and you were all over each other. What's not to say that you got too carried away?"

I had worked on that in my head for many days knowing that I would eventually have to explain myself for knowing something that he would never admit too.

It's not the first time he's done this, just the first time with a girl that mattered to any and all of us.

Harry always seemed to have this specific look on his face after he done something like this, like he was on edge of anyone finding out of such a horrible thing he had done. Almost guilty but not quite.

Until now.

This time his face was washed with guilt every minute of every day.

He Truly felt bad for what he had done, that's not to say I'm ready to tell him where Kasey is though.

"Why the hell did you feel the need to say it out loud?" Harry grumbled under his breath as the other three men stared angrily at him.

"How could you do this Harry?" Niall spat as Harry slumped back into his chair.

"I thought you'd have been more patient with such a small girl." Liam snapped letting his anger out.

"As if losing her memory wasn't traumatising enough." Zayn then spat and I felt a small pang of regret as I was sure at least one of them would stick up for Harry but not even Zayn did, and he was the least close to Kasey out of all of us.

We all knew her very well by now and loved having her as part of our gang even if she didn't know the whole story.

I along with the rest of the boys wish we had saw the signs that this was going to happen before it was too late, I could have saved Kasey a lot of hurt if I picked up on hers and Harry's behaviour at the memorial, It was too lovey dovey.

"I need to be alone." Harry finally spat at us all before leaving without a single glance at any of us. it was just noticeable that he had slight tears brimming in his eyes.

For Gods sake Harry!

Don't make me feel guilty!

" I guess we might as well go home then, unless any of you are on schedule to work tonight." I simply stated before standing from my own chair and attempting to swallow the large lump in my throat as I walked out to my car, noticing on my way that Harry had already speed off to somewhere.

It only took around ten minutes before I was stumbling up the stairs towards my front door, I opened it quietly to be meet in the infectious laughter of Kasey coming from the kitchen.

A smile instantly landed on my face as I walked into the kitchen to find Kasey sitting on one of the bar stools giggling like crazy to Eleanor's cheesy jokes.

"Louis!" She squealed as she saw me and her own smile grew.

She then ran up and wrapped her arms around me in a hug. I had left early this morning as Harry has had us at work for over twelve hours.

"Hello little one." I whispered to her as she squeezed me tighter as the nickname left my lips.

I knew she liked it when I called her that but she'll never admit it.

The past two weeks weren't this easy. It took around nine maybe ten days before she'd stop flinching around me but in saying that she always had a smile on her face since the first day I told her she would be staying here.

And finally she was now getting comfortable which is a good sign.

"Babe I have to work tonight." Eleanor finally spoke up as she walked towards us and placed a kiss on my lips, Kasey was still wrapped in my arms as she tilted her head and watched us.

She didn't look jealous at all, just content with everything.

She looked happy.

"I'll watch Kasey." I stated has I took my index finger and booped Kasey's nose making her roll her eyes playfully.

I knew and so did Kasey that she was actually capable of looking after herself but my theory is that she enjoys people looking out for her.

She's not ready to be alone.

Within a few minutes El was walking out the door while yelling that she loved us both and Kasey was bouncing on the couch as I had told her I brought a new movie that she could watch without ending up terrified.

"Please tell me it's called!" She pleaded with me before flopping onto her back on the couch.

I opened me mouth ready to tell her but before I could, a loud impatient knocking was heard on the front door making my eyebrows knit together.

"Louis open this fucking door now!!!"

That sound of Harry's voice startled both Kasey and I. My eyes widened in horror as I quickly stood up from the floor and hid anything in the lounge that belonged to Kasey.

"Kasey code red! Go hide!" I whispered harshly.

Her eyes widened even more and she made a mad dash upstairs. I had taught Kasey the signal two weeks prior to this knowing it would be needed at some point. She was well aware how serious code red was.

I walked towards the front door once Kasey was out of view but the minute I did Harry's fist come into contact with my jaw, the force sending me straight to the cold hardwood floor.

"What the hell was with you at work today?" Harry seethed evilly as stumbled my way back to my feet.

I looked into his eyes to find them blood shot and his fists shaking in anger.

"Harry you're either drunk or high so just go home." I tried to reason with him but deep down I already knew this wasn't going to end well.

"What is up with you lately Louis?! For fucks sake I'm basically going through a break up since none of you believe I'll ever get Kasey back and now suddenly you want to play Mr. Responsible?"

He stumbled past me and into the lounge.

"Seriously Harry I can't do this right now. You need to start excepting that this is your fault and not anyone else's."

Once again he attempted to punch me but this time I was quick enough to move out of the way.

"Louis just shut up! okay shut up and remember that you work in my gang, you use my guns, and you work for this criminal not anyone else! Now god damn help me out already!"

He screamed his words at the top of his lungs making me stiffen instantly.

I sure hope a certain someone hiding upstairs didn't understand that.

But I reckon she did.
