Kasey's POV

"Morning Bambi." Harry beamed at me as I walked into the kitchen.

I yawned and sat down on his lap since he usually pulled me onto it anyway.

Wrapping my arms around his neck, I mumbled a quiet good morning before resting my head on his shoulder and closing my eyes again.

He softly chuckled and placed a kiss on my forehead.

This was how our morning routine went everyday.

Harry would wake me up then go and make breakfast and I would go back to sleep for about twenty minutes before I would drag myself out of bed then we would have morning cuddles like we didn't have a care in the world.

It was my favourite part of the day.

"Morning lovebirds." Niall chirped as he walked into the kitchen but I made no effort to open my eyes or move off of Harry.

If I stay quiet then maybe I could go back to sleep without them noticing.

"No going back to sleep." Harry bounced his knee so I had to tighten my grip around him, well now I'm awake.

I finally opened my eyes to see that Niall and Harry wouldn't even look at each other.

What's wrong with them?

"Are you guys okay?" They both nodded but didn't bother to say anything as they continued to look down at the ground.

I didn't believe them for a second but decided to drop it as I snuggled back into Harry.

"Up." Harry patted my thigh as he tried to gently push me off him.

"Why?" I whined and kept in my spot on his knee.

"Because I need to dish up breakfast so up." He patted my thighs again and I huffed before standing up and walking over to the fridge.

"I need to go to the mall today Kasey, do you want to come?"

I nearly dropped the jug of orange juice out of my hands when I heard him say that.

"Y-you want to take me somewhere that's out of this house?"

He smiled and nodded before walking over to me and placing a kiss on my cheek. I nodded excitedly and twisted off the cap of the juice.

"Can Niall come with us?" I asked while keeping my gaze on the cupboard as I stretched to get three glasses.

"No. He has to go into work for me don't you Niall?" Harry spat his words at Niall like he was angry at him for something but I wasn't really sure of what that could be.

Niall nodded and looked away from us, I just shrugged and began to pour the juice for all of us but Harry took it out of my hands.

"Let me help." He spoke quietly but I wasn't happy with that.

"I'm not a child Harry. I can pour orange juice."

"I know that Kasey but I want to help you."

I glared and pulled the orange juice out of his hands, some how still not spilling it.

"Well isn't someone feeling independent today." Harry laughed and held his hands up in surrender, I looked out of the corner of my eyes to see Niall laughing slightly too.

I ignored there stupidity and pushed a glass of juice in each of their directions.

We ate breakfast in silence.

And not the kind of silence where you smile and giggle about how content you are even though your not talking to anyone and yet you still feel utterly happy.

Oh no it wasn't like that at all.

It was complete silence and if someone sniffed or made the smallest sound everyone turned and looked shockingly at them for no real reason besides disturbing the awkward tension.

Finally Niall had decided he had enough of the tension and said I quick goodbye before leaving, why is he in such a rush?

"Harry what's wrong with Niall?" I placed my chin in my hands as I waited for Harry to answer me.

"How should I know." He shrugged and pushed his food around his plate.

Weird.

"What about this one?" Harry held up a spice jar for me to smell and I scrunched up my nose and shook my head.

He found some spice store in the mall and wanted to find something new for his cooking but everything he's looked at smelt gross.

We continued to look around the store until my eyes wondered across the mall to the Victoria's secret store.

It would be really embarrassing to ask Harry to take me in there but I really wanted to go.

"Do you want to go in there?" Harry asked and I nearly jumped ten feet in the air when I heard his voice.

"No that's okay. That would be weird." I mumbled and turned back around to look at the spices but Harry caught my wrist in his hands before I had the chance to pick one up.

"Go have a look Kasey."

"Your not coming with me?" I was a little shocked that he would let me go in a store on my own since he has been attached to my hip ever since we got here.

"It's easy to see you feel uncomfortable with me going in there with you so I will wait here where I can still see you." He smiled and gave my bum a playful tap as I walked towards the underwear store.

I was really surprised that Harry let me do this but at the same time I was happy that he trusted me enough.

Walking around the store I caught sight of a pink bra that I really liked. Harry said pink was my favourite colour and I think it suits my bracelet that Harry brought me.

I walked over to it and flipped through the different sizes but wasn't a hundred percent sure which size I needed so I decided to ask someone for help.

Just as I was walking towards the cashier, someone grabbed my wrist making me gasp.

I looked up to see some worried looking lady that I haven't seen before.

"Are you all right?!" She panicky asked me making my eyebrows knit together in confusion.

"Yes I'm fine. Why are you asking? Do you work here because I could use some help with my sizing."

She shook her head at me as if I was crazy before tightening her grip on my arm.

"I saw you with that - that man. Is he forcing you to be here with him? Do you need me to call someone?" She looked like she was going to cry because of how scared she was.

"What are you talking about? No one's forcing me to do anything."

"Please just tell me if he's hurt you?! I can help you!"

She was panicking so much that she didn't realize how tight her grip on me had gotten.

"You're hurting me." I tired to pull away from her but she tugged on my arm so I stumbled and walked closer to her.

"That man is horrible. Someone like you shouldn't be hanging around him."

I opened my mouth to ask her what she was talking about but a voice behind me spoke up before I had the chance too.

"KASEY?!"

I jumped again and finally pulled myself away from the lady who now looked like she had just seen a ghost.

"D-don't let him hurt you." She stuttered out just quiet enough for Harry not to hear.

"Get your hands off her!" Harry spoke up once again making the lady back away fast before she turned around and made a run for it.

"Are you okay Bambi?" He cradled my head in both his hands as I took a deep breath and calmed down.

"What was she talking about Harry? Why would she think you would hurt me?"

He huffed and grabbed my hand pulling me out of the store and towards a different part of the mall.

"I don't know sweetheart but you shouldn't be talking to strangers."

I just nodded and looked behind us as we continued to walk. I saw the same lady watching us, she had her hand covering her mouth as she shook her head.

Why was she so scared?

"She's still watching us Harry."

"She doesn't know what she's talking about, I would never hurt you."

He stopped to pull me in for a hug, that is honestly just what I needed right now.

"Then why would she think that?" I hesitantly asked as I looked up at him.

"Who knows baby but it doesn't matter, all that does is that I love you and you're safe with me."
