Harry's POV

The memories kept flooding back to me.

From the day my father died, to the moment I watched my mother walk out and leave me on my own.

At first I never understood why my mother would leave a seventeen year old to fend for themselves but now that I have a seventeen year old girl living with me, it makes sense.

But I would never leave Kasey.

She's my world.

I decided to look around the rest of the house before I left and found myself walking straight to the room that I once called mine.

The door creaked loudly as I opened it to see it just how I had left it nearly three years ago when I moved out of this horrible hold house, with the exception of the dust that the room had collected.

I smiled as I looked at the old empty bed and remembered the first girl I had slept with, fuck knows what her name was but she was easy and I wanted it badly.
I had no knowledge of Kasey at the time but I still never took interest in other girls, I wasn't really into commitment, that was until I found Kasey.

There has been a few sluts here or there as time went one, even once I started watching Kasey but that was only because I couldn't exactly just wait until I had Kasey and I wasn't going to get blue balls.

But now that I have a real girlfriend, I'm not going to do anything like that.

I walked over to the desk in the corner of the room and rubbed my hands over the papers to rid them of the dust.
The papers held no value to me any more, all about old gangs I've already taken down or banks I once robbed.

My eyes caught sight of a dust covered photo frame and I once again wiped it clean. I laughed slightly as I looked at the photo.

It was of course a photo of Kasey.

It was the first photo I had ever taken of her and she was so naive and young that she didn't even notice me take the picture.

I flipped the frame over and opened it to take the picture out of it, I folded it carefully and placed it in the pocket of my jacket before walking out the room and back out to my car.

The drive home took a little longer then I thought it would and I was starting to miss my Bambi.

My god I'm turning into a pansy... But for Kasey it's worth it.

I turned into the long driveway and sighed as my house came into view. I only left to cool off but I didn't realize I would be this nervous about leaving Kasey for the first time in a week.

I switched off the car engine and sat in the complete silence for a minute before taking a deep breath and stepping out of the car.

The front door slammed behind me but yet I heard no other noise in the house.

Where are they?

I looked in the kitchen then the lounge room but the only noise I could hear down stairs is the sound of the kitchen tap dripping.

My feet moved almost supernaturally fast as I ran up the stairs, I came to a sudden halt as I heard talking coming from the guest bedroom Kasey had run into earlier.

"Are you sure you don't remember why Harry freaked out?" Niall was talking so that solves the question of where he is.

"No I really don't. Do you know why he acted like that?"

Don't say anything stupid Niall.

"He just knows what you like and don't like better than you do right now. I wouldn't question him I mean you two have been attached to each other for years now, he knows what he's talking about."

That a boy!

"Thanks Ni, you're a great best friend."

I stumbled back from the door slightly as I took in Kasey's words. I know I wanted her to believe she was best friends with all the guys but she didn't like that idea and now Niall is getting close to her.

She's starting to open up to him and trust him which is not okay.

The only person she needs to tell her problems to is me and only me.

I opened the bedroom door to see that Niall had his arm wrapped around her shoulders while she had her small arms wrapped around his neck in a hug, that is not okay!

"Bambi I'm home." I spoke to get their attention and watched as Niall jumped slightly at my voice.

Kasey turned to look at me with a small smile on her pretty little face, to her she had done nothing wrong but Niall knows he's in deep shit.

"I'm sorry for not listening to you Harry." She mumbled and looked down at her hands that were resting on her lap.

"Don't be sorry baby." I walked closer to her and she stood up and wrapped her arms around my neck.

Kasey is a hugger, no doubt about it.

I nuzzled my head into the crook of her neck and inhaled her sweet perfume that she has grown attached too.

She slowly pulled away from me but I could tell she didn't want too just by the look in her eyes. If I could hold her all the time then I would.

"Where have you been? It's late and I was getting worried." She shyly smiled up at me and I felt my heart rate pick up because of how cute she was.

Good to know my baby cares for me.

"I just needed to cool off." I wrapped her in another hug but this time I glared up at Niall while Kasey couldn't see and he shifted uncomfortably on his feet.

"It's getting late Harry, can Niall stay the night? It's not safe to drive at night."

I knew how innocent Kasey's words were, she honestly cared about his safety but Niall being the cocky prick he is probably didn't take it that way.

If I say no then I risk Kasey getting upset with me and it's not like I want to wait to yell at Niall for getting too close with her, I'd rather let him stay and talk to him tonight.

"Of course he can Bambi, he can stay in this room." I gave Niall a fake smile and Kasey clapped her hands, oblivious to the tension in the room.

"Thanks mate."

"Kasey say goodnight to Niall and go pick a movie and we will watch it in the lounge." She nodded and said goodnight to Niall but didn't attempt to hug him as he stepped away from her.

"What's wrong Niall?" A worried Kasey asked as her eyebrows scrunched together in confusion.

He's smart for not hugging her again because that will just make me more pissed but now he's upset her.

"Nothing Kasey. Goodnight."

She looked a little taken back at his snappiness but she just walked out of the room and down the stairs.

I had him pinned against the wall within seconds and balled his shirt in my hands as I tried desperately to contain myself.

"What the hell Harry! Get off me!"

Before I could think about what I was doing I punched him in the jaw, that should shut him up for a minute.

"What do you think your doing with Kasey huh? She didn't believe that any of you were her best friends so we dropped the idea and know you're fucking getting too close for my liking!"

He glared at me and tried to push me away but I didn't budge.

"She needs someone else besides just you Harry!"

I had to fight hard to control the devil inside me that so desperately wanted to beat the living shit out of Niall right now.

"No she fucking doesn't!" I yelled one last time before slamming Niall's back hard into the wall again and hearing me hiss in pain.

I let go of his shirt and walked straight out of his room and down the stairs.

By the time I had entered the lounge room I was a lot calmer and felt relaxed once again when I saw Kasey laying down on the couch with her favourite movie playing.

It was only in the first ten minutes of the movie and she had already fallen asleep but the girl could fall asleep within seconds so I'm not surprised.

I looked up at the screen to try and figure out what movie she was watching and sighed once I had realized what it was.

The accidental husband.

I slowly slid my arms under her tiny frame and scooped her into my arms and she immediately wrapped her arms around my neck.

Very difficultly I switched the movie off before walking up to our bedroom.

I wasn't really a fan of her watching that movie so often.

But that's only because in all honesty, I was the accidental boyfriend.
