The Girl Next Door
One Last Call for Alcohol
"Please put on your seat belts. We are about to take off." "Hello everyone. This is the Pilot. I'm happy to inform everyone that the landing weather in New York City will be sunny and pleasant."

I looked over at her. She was looking out of the window, her brown eyes sparkling with sunshine. No. Stop thinking about her. She slept with your brother. "Hey man" Jon said poking me, "Wake me up when the food arrives". I nodded at him, watching Lily laugh at his comment. God I miss her smile. Stop! This was gonna be one long flight.

"Jonathan Kowinski. A bar will not be the first place I visit in NYC. No, I object!" Lily shouted from across the room. However, A half hour later we were all taking down shots of tequila. I looked over the bar counter to Lily. God she looks stunning! She was wearing a tight black dress with black heels. Her brown hair, which she had cut short before coming, ended in perfect waves on her shoulders. I walked over to her, my body balance off due to various reasons and put my hand on her shoulder. She got up, looked my straight in the eye and said, "Harry, I...I was soo mad at you. But that's fine now!". She smiled and before I knew what was happening she kissed me. I think I was too drunk and too reluctant to stop her. In that moment, I forgot that she had slept with my brother, I forgot that she was drunk and I forgot that Jon was just a few feet away.

I opened my eyes and looked around. Okay, Lily was in my bed. Wait, what?! I looked under the covers. Both of us were naked. Uh oh.
