I'm scared!

So today I saw a headline in google and it scared the sh*t outta me , it said that a bigger crowd was gathered for 5sos in NY than for one direction. Not that I've got any problems with 5sos but the thing is our fandom is something that nobody could even come close to being compared with us ( Note the present tense.) and now can we say we've got rivals?

Im scared and one thing is that I will never and I mean NEVER quite this fandom for another , but I need to know that you guys are out there. So please , show up here and tell me something to soothe my worries. We are not going down , are we? It's too soon for that...
