Page’s POV

I couldn’t believe that I was getting married in just five hours.

I was even more nervous because I wasn’t allowed to see Harry until I walked down the aisle.

Everything was a disaster. The cake wasn’t finished on time, Cindy and my mum were held up in traffic, and the bridesmaid’s dresses hadn’t been delivered yet.

Why did all of this have to happen on my wedding day? What did I ever do to deserve this?

“I need to see Harry,” I told Perrie. “Right now.”

“But Page—,”

“—Please.”

She only nodded in response before leaving the room.

I sighed heavily as I sat down on the floor and pulled my knees up to my chest. The door opened a few minutes later but I didn’t bother to look up. I could hear his footsteps as he came closer, and then I was in his arms and he was holding me while I cried.

“Page,” He whispered. “What’s wrong, love?”

“I-I wanted everything to be p-perfect.” I sniffled.

“You know what baby?”

“What?”

“I don’t care where or how we get married. We could get married in our bathroom in our pajamas with one of the boys as the priest for all I care! As long as it’s with you.”

I gave him a small smile. “Thank you. I love you.”

“I love you too.”

I kissed him goodbye and we parted ways.

My mum came into the room next to give me the ‘bride to be’ talk.

Afterwards, there was a knock on the door. I opened it and my eyes nearly popped out of their sockets when I took in the sight in front of me.

My father. The man I hadn’t seen in years stood before me. The man who walked out on my mum and me when I was a little girl.

“Mum. What is he doing here?” I asked.

“I invited him.”

“You what?!”

“He’s your father, Page. He wanted to be here on your wedding day.”

I scoffed. “What about the last few years?”

“I’m really sorry Page. I was young. I was seventeen years old! I didn’t know what I was getting myself into. Please let me do the honor of walking you down the aisle. Please.” He had tears in his eyes.

I sighed but nodded. “Fine. But then you’re out of my life forever.”

And then, I was being walked down the aisle, with my ‘father’ by my side. The bridesmaids and groomsman looked amazing. Louis’ winked at me from his spot beside Harry and I grinned back at him.

Harry looked breathtaking. I couldn’t take my eyes off him. He held my gaze.

“I’m sorry I haven’t been here for you,” my dad whispered. “But your mom has told how much an amazing person you’ve turned out to be and I’m proud to be called your father.”

I smiled softly at him. “Thanks.”

He kissed my cheek and then I was at the front, and Harry was staring at me with those beautiful green eyes. The rest of the ceremony was a blur, it wasn’t until the I do’s is when I sucked in a breath.

What if Harry lied? What if he was having second thoughts? What if-

“I do.” Harry smiled at me.

“Page, do you take Harry, as your husband, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, till death do you part?”

I sighed in relief. “I do.”

The priest closed his bible and winked at Harry. “You may kiss your bride.”

Harry stepped closer to me with the biggest smile on his face, cupping my face in his large hands and whispering: “It’s forever baby” before his lips found mine.

it was hard to write this because i've never really been to a wedding. i had to base it off movies i've seen and books i've read.

I'm sorry to tell you that Page and Harry's story is coming to an end soon:( Kass and I have decided not to write a sequel, we'll end it with an Epilogue instead.

also, I'm sooooo excited bc I'm going to see the boys on the next tour in NY!! and don't forget their livestream this sunday
