Page’s POV

Make out? With Harry?

Oh I don’t think so!

I mean sure we’ve been getting along lately but that’s as friends and I sure as hell still hate him.

I had to think of something quick to get me out of this but it still had to be believable at the same time.

“Oh um I actually have a bit of a cold at the moment. I would hate to give it to Harry with the shows and such you guys have coming up.” I didn’t make eye contact with anyone as I talked but I could easily tell that no one believed me.

“Just one kiss won’t hurt.” Louis talked and flicked his eyes towards Harry then back to me.

“No.” I mumbled while shaking my head maybe a little too harshly.

Most of the people around the circle sighed knowing their little plan hadn't worked but Harry just looked hurt.

I couldn't stand the way the air grew tense so I quickly excused myself and walked off to the kitchen.

Letting out a heavy sigh, I planted myself on one of the bar stools.

“Such an idiot.” I mumbled while rubbing my face with both hands.

I should have known that they would try something like that but yet I came here and expected no one to pressure me about this stuff since Harry told me that the other boys knew about the contract.

The silence was nice and I quite enjoyed it until the sound of music was heard from someone opening the kitchen door. I looked over my shoulder to see it was just Harry and sighed while turning back around.

“What was that about Page?” Harry’s voice held just as much hurt as his facial features did, but right now I don’t really care.

“Nothing. I just didn't want to kiss you.” My voice came out just above a whisper as I held my breath and hoped he would just leave the kitchen when he realised that I didn't want to talk to him.

“I thought we were making progress.” He mumbled but it sounded like he was mostly talking to himself.

“Well you thought wrong.” I snapped.

“Page are you ever going to fucking tell me why you hate me so much?” His face hardened as he waited for my reply. He’s going to be waiting a long time if he expects a proper answer.

“No! It’s none of your damn business!”

His lips were held in a firm line as he stared down at me. Without another word he left the kitchen and I let out another sigh as I was thankful to be alone again.

Within a few minutes I heard the kitchen door open again and inwardly groaned.

“Harry I just want to be alone!” I snapped at him again but didn't get a reply.

I turned around again just to see Niall this time and not Harry.

I rolled my eyes at him and decided to play stupid with him.

“I'm sorry I forgot your name.” I put on a sickly sweet smile as I talked to him making him scoff.

“Don’t play dumb with me Pagey.” He started to walk closer to me and smirked when he saw my irritated expression caused by his choice of nickname.

I closed my eyes and tried to calm myself down but it wasn't working.

“Don’t you dare call me that!” I opened my eyes again to see him walking closer to me again.

“And stop coming near me!” I yelled while placing my hands out in front of me to stop him from coming too close.

He pouted and opened his arms out like he was expecting me to hug him. I looked blankly at him making the smirk return to his face.

“What’s the matter Page? Don’t want to give your cousin a hug?”
