Chapter 89
Page’s POV
A Day Ago
I was rocking Tyler to sleep when the house phone rang. I reached over and grabbed it. “Hello?” I spoke into the receiver.
“Page, baby, I’m coming home!” Harry’s familiar voice filled my ears and I felt my heart beating faster in my chest from excitement and surprise.
“What!?”
“Someone stepped forward…the charges were dropped.”
“Oh my god! That’s awesome news! Who stepped forward?”
“Taylor…”
My heart stopped. I didn’t know whether to be angry at Taylor for putting Harry in jail in the first place or to be thankful that she had the morals to turn herself in.
“Oh…,” I said.
“Paul is dropping me off. I’ll be there soon. I love you baby,” He said.
“I love you too Harry,” I smiled.
Taylor Swift’s POV
Present Day
“Every action comes with a consequence, you know that don’t you, Ms. Swift?” The judge asked me.
I nodded. “Yes your honor, I do.”
He scribbled something down on the paper in front him as I played with my hands in my lap and awaited the verdict.
“I see,” He said.
A man came into the courtroom next and whispered something into his ear. He nodded in response and dismissed him.
“You’re in luck,” He grinned. “In all my thirty years of working in this position, this has never occurred twice before in one case. Someone has stepped forward to take your place.”
“May I ask who it was?”
“They have asked to remain anonymous.”
I nodded and forced a smile his way. Thoughts raced through my mind. Who would do such a thing? I deserved to go to jail!
As I was led out of the courtroom, I looked up. My eyes almost immediately locked on someone else’s. They were blue. A deep blue. I couldn’t see his face because he was so far away but I knew that it was him just by the way he was looking at me.
His hands were handcuffed behind his back and he was being shoved into an interrogation room.
I knew one thing for sure. I needed to find out who he was and why he was helping me.

I just feel like Taylor needs a new obsession so she can get over Harry, you know? So that's why I brought in a new character. Taylor needs some love because she's obvi not getting it from Harry.
