Harry’s POV

When we got back to the hotel, the first thing I tried to do was talk to Page.

“Baby?” I reached out to touch her arm and she flinched away from me, quickly clinging herself to the side of Niall’s chest.

Niall shook his head slightly in a way to tell me I was wasting my time and I knew that perfectly well but I’m not giving up.

I watched as Niall lead Page towards his hotel room without a word, meaning I was left to sleep alone in our room.

I know they’re related and all but god dammit they aren’t even that close!

It’s just not fair.

My shaky hands fumbled with the door key as I kept my eyes trained on Page’s blonde hair until she disappeared into Niall’s room without once looking back at me.

I sighed and finally walked into my room just to be greeted with complete silence.

No happy laughter coming from Page.

No late night TV shows playing as we cuddled on the couch.

Just me and my idiotic self.

I shouldn’t have let Taylor say that, and I shouldn’t have let her get close enough to kiss me. Granted I pushed her away within seconds of Page running away but it wasn’t fast enough.

Eventually I snapped myself out of my thoughts and sighed once again as I attempted to rid myself of my tie and blazer.

I had no energy in me to change any further so I slowly walked towards the cold and empty bed, I fell onto my back and looked up at the ceiling.

You’re such a screw up Harry.

My subconscious growled at me making a cold tear run down my cheek.

“I know.” I whispered back to myself and let the sudden flow of tears run freely not caring to wipe them away.

I felt cold and alone, no one to soothe me as everyone was worried about Page and so they should be.

I caused this mess not her, she needs the comfort more than I do right now.

The time seemed to slip by and I still made no effort to move until I heard the sound of the hotel door opening again.

My body shoot up as fast as possible hoping that it was Page, all I wanted to do was hold her and tell her I was sorry.

I was right about it being Page but what I didn’t expect to see was Niall walk in carrying a sleeping Page in his arms.

He quietly walked over to the bed but instead of laying her next to me, he carefully placed her in my arms so that her head was resting on my shoulder.

I pulled her as close to me as possible and breathed in the smell of her hair, it smelt just like mine as she liked to use my shampoo.

“She needs you Harry.” Niall whispered and I gave him a small nod in response, he left without another word and I carefully moved back so my back was against the head board with Page still in my arms.

She slept peacefully in my arms and was not once disturbed by my sudden need to kiss her in any visible spot I could reach.

I wanted to stay like this forever, just the two of us and no one to come between us but unfortunately that never seemed to be the case.

“I’ll make things right. I promise baby.” I softly moved her hair out of her face as I whispered to her before closing my own eyes.

I knew Page wouldn’t be happy with me when she woke up so I needed to take the chance to comfort her now even if she was asleep.

Tomorrow was going to be one long day.

Anywho has anyone seen the movie 'If I Stay'? God I saw it tonight with one of my best friends and I'm so thankful that I wasn't with a boy because I cried so much! I didn't even cry that much during the fault in our stars but this movie got to me...
