When Feelings Come Back
The Surprise
Elena's POV:
The next morning I had woken up early to make sure i got ready well for my 1st day at work.
Ignoring everything else I just got up from bed, grabbed a towel & took a warm shower.
When I finished showering my phone started ringing. I quickly rushed over to it and answered.
"Hello."
"Hello love."
It was Harry.
"Harry.. Hey."
"Just wanted to say goodmorning."
"Goodmorning Harry," I said.
"How'd you sleep last night love?"
"Pretty good I mean I didn't sleep traumatized from last nights movie."
"Well that's good to know haha. You have work today right?" he asked.
"Yea I do. Why'd you ask?"
"Well I was wondering or really hoping that if you weren't busy afterwards you'd want to grab something to eat?"
I wasn't sure if this was a good idea after the whole kiss last night. I had to take a few seconds to think it over.
"Ohh umm--."
"You can say no if you want. It was a dumb question anyways."
"No it wasn't I'd love to. We can finally catch up on the past 5 years."
He laughed and said, "Great then just text me when your off and ill come and pick you up."
"Sounds great."
"Ok well I'll let you go now so you can get ready for work."
"Alright Harry ill see you later."
"Goodbye."
"Bye."
Did I do the right thing? I don't even know, but I do know that after 5 long years of complete lost of connection I wanted Harry and I to get close and catch up on everything.
As my mind was wandering around about Harry my phone vibrates.
It was a text message from Louis.
"Goodmorning Elena. Hope you slept well last night. Just wanted to wish you a good day today at work. Text me when you can love & maybe we can go grab a bite after work. xx"
Oh no.
"Hey Louis. I slept good thanks for asking. Hope you have a great day today as well--"
I wasn't sure what to tell him. Should I say I couldn't hangout with him because I was going to be with Harry for the day or should I tell him a lie and say that I would probably be busy?
I went with the lie.
"-- I'm sorry I can't hangout today. Work will just be so busy and I don't think I'll have time."
About a few minutes later he texted back.
"Aww alright love well maybe next time."
"Yeah, next time fer sure. (:"
I felt guilty for lying but I didn't want Louis to over react and think me Harry and I were anything more than just friends cause we were, at least for now?

7:15, just in time for work.
I park outside these gigantic white gates.
I got out of my car and try to figure out how to get inside.
It took a few minutes for me to realize that there was a camera box to my left.
I walked over to it and pushed a button that said "call."
A voice from the box then spoke up, "Hello"
"Hey, this is Elena Valentine I'm the hair & makeup artist for one direction? My boss Kendra Kativo sent me to this address but I'm not really sure if I'm in the right place--."
"Yes Miss Valentine you are. Come on in."
The gates then slowly opened and behind them stood a beautiful and huge house.
Amazed by the fancy front yard I see this lady walking towards me.
"Hello Elena I'm Mileena, one directions co-agent it's nice to meet you."
"Oh hey it's nice to meet you to."
"Well today you won't be doing much since its your first day. Your just going to meet the boys and get their hair and makeup ready for their interview today."
"Alright sounds good," I said.
"Hmmm.. Strange."
"What's strange?"
"You don't seem over whelmed or anything."
"Over whelmed?"
"Usually other artists get way to excited to meet them and it's very immature."
"Well I'm all mature here."
She kept staring at me for a while until she finally figured it out.
"You don't know who one direction is do you?" she said as she was smiling.
I wasn't about to lie to her and on my first day so I fessed up.
"Not at all."
She laughed and said, "Well when you do meet them try to not get all fangirly. Now come we have to get started.
I walked with her as we entered the beautiful house. It was huge inside and very lovely. We walked up the stairs which seemed like forever and she led me into a room where there were 5 seats, each with a mirror.
"Here you go, this will be your guys personal room for hair and makeup until we start the tour. Set up all the equipment you need and the boys will be here in a few minutes."
"Alright, thanks."
Mileena walked out of the room and I started to set everything up.
About a couple minutes later the door opened while I was about done with everything.
I turned around and saw Liam standing there.
"Liam?"
"Elena?"
"What are you doing here?" I said confused.
"I'm here to get ready for an interview. What are you doing here? Are you stalking us?"
"What! No of course not! I'm here to get some band ready for an---"
There it hit me.
"Wait.. Liam are you--"
I then see the rest of the gang walking in the door. Louis, Zayn, Nial & Harry.
"Elena?" said Harry.
"What are you doing here."
I stood there for a few seconds processing everything through my mind until I finally figured it out and said, "I guess I'm your guys new hair and makeup artist."
