When Feelings Come Back

Harry's POV:

I woke up with Elena's arms wrapped around me. She looked so beautiful.
I looked at the clock and it was almost 11, guess we slept in a bit.
I slipped out of the bed, not waking her up and took a quick shower.
Once i got out of the shower, i changed and wrote a quite note to Elena before leaving to grab something for us to eat.

After driving for a while i found an In n Out and decided to just go and grab some burgers for us to eat. Burgers in the morning? Why not?
I walked in there and ordered the food hoping no one would recognize me.
The food was all ready and as I walked out towards my car I thought i was safe until I heard my name, "Harry?"
I turned around to see a familiar looking guy.
"Drew? Drew Perry?"
Drew was one of my closests friends in high school, basically the reason I met Elena when we were both third wheels.
"Whats up man! How have you been? Long time no seen."
"I've been great mate what about you?"
"Great! So whats the deal you moved back from England or what?"
"No just visiting with Elena."
"Elena? Elena Valentine? You guys are still together? Wow its been how long 7 years now? Thats crazy!"
"No we're not back together," i reassured him.
"You're not?" he said confused.
"Its complicated."
"So then just friends?"
"I guess."
"Well good luck with that. I know how you two can get around eachother."
That made me laugh a bit, he was right.
"Anyways how long you staying for man?"
"We are actually leaving the day after tomorrow."
"That soon! Well lets hangout and catch up before you leave yeah?"
"Yeah sure, I'll messege you."
"Alright."
He then wrote his number down and handed it to me.
"Here man."
"Drew!" I heard someone calling.
I then see a blonde coming our way.
"Rebecca?"
"Hey Harry! How have you been! Good to see you!"
"Great! You guys are still together?"
"Yeah, 9 years. 1 baby girl and still counting."
"A BABY! No way!"
"Can you believe it! Little Rachel born just 2 years ago."
"Wow thats great! You two look great!"
I then looked at the time and realized I should probably head back to Elena.
"Listen I gotta go Elena's probabaly awake by now."
"Oh hows she doing?" asked Rebecca.
I didn't really know how to answer that since her life has actually been really complicated or both of ours really the past several months so i just said, "So far so good."
"That sounds great, well definitely call us so we can catch up!"
"Will do! It was great bumping into you guys! I'll see you soon."
"Alright bye."

Elena's POV:

I woke up to the emptiness of the bed beside me.
"Harry?" I called out.
No response.
I got up, with the blanket wrapped around me, a bit worried but I soon found a note attached to the dresser mirror.

"Goodmorning beautiful, went out to grab some lunch.
Be back shortly. xo
-Harry x"

I smiled as I read the note and then headed straight to the shower.
After i finished i changed into my black skinny jeans, a black and white stripped loose crop top which showed a bit of my stomach, my dark brown oxfords a nice demin jacket and to top it all off I put on my round black hat Harry had bought me a while ago.
After i applied all my makeup and curled my hair slightly my phone had started ringing.
"Hello?"
"Hey Elena!"
"Oh hey Damon!"
"Guess whos free today?"
"I'm really hoping you?!"
He then laughed and said, "What time do you want to hangout?"
I looked at the clock and it was almost 1:30.
"Is 3 fine?"
"Sounds great? But umm.."
"What?
"Not trying to sound like a douche but is Harry coming along?"
"I'm not sure yet why?"
"Just wondering."
"Well I'll let you know okay."
I then heard the front door open and saw Harry walking in with In n out bags and drinks.
"Hey Damon I gotta go. I'll see you later okay?"
"Alright, see ya!"
"Bye!"
I walked up to Harry as he placed the food on the table and said, "What took you so long?"
He smiled and gave me a kiss on the lips.
"You'll never believe who i just ran into."

Notes

I'm thinking Thursdays will be the days i update.
Not fully sure yet, I'll keep you guys posted on that.
