I woke the next morning to the sound of my alarm blasting Live While Were Young. I turned to siage and she said goodmorning as I reached for my phone to shut off the alarm.We sleepily got out of bed and went out into the kitchen where we found the boys eating ceral at the counter. I said goodmorning as I grabbed two apples and mini served one over to Saige.
"JJ you were out cold before we even got five minutes into the movie last night,Kale had to even carry you back to bed."Zach said.
"I think that's a record."Kale said sarcsatically.
"No, Because on Monday she was out before I could hit the button to confrim the movie we were watching."added Saige
"Well that's becasue you took so long to pick the movie"I told her.
"Good morning" my aunt said as she came into the kitchen. You ready to go shopping she asked and handed us her credit card.
"Thanks.And yeperdodle,"I said as everone rolled my eyes at my preppy way of saying yes.
Saige and I went back into my room to get ready and I slipped the credit card into my wallet.We went into the bathroom and I let down my naturally wavy hair and straigthened Saige's messy bed head and put it up into a bun.She threw me an out fit and grabed some clothes not even asking first knowing that half the stuff in her closet right now is mine and they half stuff in my closet is her's.When we finally had put our makeup on and brushed our teeth we found the boys Zach's bathroom getting ready for the day as Kale blow dried dried his hair and stuckit up in a quiff,zach just ran some gel threw his hair to perfect his bedhead look. I tossed them clothes to throw on and we left as soon as we said goodbye to my aunt. We all took turns driving except me since I was practically scared to death behind the wheel and was bribed by getting One Direction sheets and an iphone 5 to pass my driving test,because my dad wanted me to have my license. We stop at the first starbucks we saw. All of us ordered tea since none of usl ike coffe and all of us rotate in out seats so it's the next person's trun to drive. As I walk up to the passenger side Kale gets in the drivers seat and Saige and Zach get in the back.
We get to the mall in about 20 minutes from starbucks and all of us get out of the truck.Kale hands me the keys to the truck and I put them in my bag. Our first stop was J.C. Pennys.Saige and I end up getting really cute matching yellow and blue backbacks,plus I pick up three pairs od jeans ans so does Saige. Zach and Kale meet us at the register with their slection of jeans and tees. Our next stop is forever21 and the boys even go in with us since we always shop for eachother,becasue we send presents during the school year, shopping together is easy. As I go off with Kale to the swimsuits because we will be getting some major tanning in by the lake Zach and Saige head off else where.
He grabs a cute neon yelow bathing suit with a tribal pattern on it and shows it to me, I approve and he finds my size I then pick out two differnt floral swimsuits and a nice ruffly one for Saige and I ,and at the jeans section I pick out printed jeans for me and some nice distressed denim ones for Saige. We all meet back up ] at the cash rgister and my aunt walks into the store to inspect our lot so far.
"Good job!" I really like the neon swimsuit kale."my Aunt Maureen said. How does that women always know everything?
We took a luch break at a pretzel place.Kale and I sharing a huge salted pretzel as Saige and Zach both shared A huge cinnimon suger pretzel,and my aunt had some mini pretzel bites. We then split up as the boys headed off with my aunt to to hollister and abrecrombie, Saige and I hit up Rue 21 and Charlotte russes. We soon met up in journeys and all four of us get matching white converse.We then go next door to the vans store and i grab some cute tribal print sneakers and Saige snagged a nice blue pair,plus both of us get matching white slip on shoes. Our fianl stop was sephora.We went in and grabbed some new makeup and nailpolish.
We were fianlly done shopping for the day as we headed back to the truck and I gave the credit card back to my aunt.I got ino the back as Zach and Saige sat up front. I threw my brother the keys and he started the engine as we drove back to the place I spend the other half of my summer at,Saige and Kale's house. We finally got there two hours later when Kale woke me up,I guess I had fallen asleep on his chest on they way to his house. When we got there it was already 7:oo pm so we oredered pizza and Saige and I went upstairs to shower while we waited for the pizza to come. When we both had changed into our pajamas 15 minutes we found Saige's dad at the bottom of the stairs waiting for us.
"Hi Dad,"we both gretted him.I call her dad dad too becasue he is practically like my second father just like she and Kale do with my aunt. Just then the doorbell rang and I grabbed some cash from my wallet as Kale and Zach took a run for the door. I handed the boy his money and told him to keep the change as he handed me three pizzas. I gave one each to zach and Kale,taking the other one into the kitchen. i opened the cheese pizza and made three plates. I handed one to Saige and one to her Dad taking the last one for myself as grabbed a cup and poured some water into it. We all sat down at the tabel and My 2nd dad brought in two big presents. He handed them to Zach and I, we both opened them at the same time. I found found candy,new nike shorts and shoes,plus a new necklace, and When I looked in the bottom of the bag I found an envelope containing two hundred dollars!"Thanks so much!" Zach and I Said at the same time. When we finished our pizza we out side to the tree house which was our favorite place to talk. We all just kind of said everything we were excited to do while we were going to be in chicago,we talked about school,sports,and just everything we were all so close that we could just tell eachother everything.
In the morning we woke up in the tree house all four of us on one of the love seats or couches that we had hauled up into the tree house after snagging them at a garage sale last week, which is the reason why half of the fingers on my left hand tapped togehter. I scrambled to turn of my alarm and ended up falling off the love seat I was on and winced at the pain in my left ring finger and pointer finger as I lnaded on them hard. Kale had obviously seen me fall to turn my alarm off becasue when we got inside he got me some ice and said "You need to be more careful darling," as he pressed the ice to my fingers. I will admit i made them feel alot better,but I don't like people to know I'm in pain so I just say thanks as I see my second dad come into the dinning room with a platter of pancakces. I grab a big one of the plate before the boys can get some.
After we all ate breakfast we headed back to my house to my Aunts house so we could ready for the train ride.
