Cassidy's Pov

I jump in my car and head to Luke's house. I plug my phone in and play my favorite song. I sing along and feel more calm.

15 Minutes Later

I arrive at his house and knock on his door.I see his mum. "Hi Cassidy let me call Luke."She says cheerfully.

"Luke Cassidy is here."She yells up stairs.I see Luke come down stairs with his phone in hand. 'I wonder who he is texting.'I sarcastically think to myself.

"Hey Cass."he says not even a bit mad.I take a glance at his phone and see he has been texting Calum and Samantha.

"Hi Luke can I come in?"I ask and say politely. "Yeah sure."He says letting me in.

He leads me up to his room. "I am sorry."he says. "Sorry for what?"I asks confused.

"Samantha."he breathes out."Oh."I plainly say."Did you believe that I would slap her?"I ask him.

"No actually.I don't believe you would do that."he says"Thanks. Hey can I play your guitar?"I ask hopefully.

"Sure."he says as I quickly grab it.I started to strumming the strings. Once I get the right tune.

"You say that you don't care, you dont wanna deal with me, you push me away but baby I'm not your enemy. I don't wanna go there I hate when you pressure me, cause baby one day I won't have anymore energy. I'm sorry for all the fights and all of the lonely nights but what you doing to me ain't right."I sing as Luke slaps loudly.

"I didnt know you could do that."he says surprised. "Thanks."I say blushing.

His phone rings."Hold in a sec I gotta take this."he says standing in a corner of his room.

I put his guitar back.I look at his desk and see a picture of both of us when we had a vacation together. It was fun.

Know that he has Samantha he hardly hangs out with me anymore whitch makes me sad.

"Cassidy has nothing to do with it!"I hear Luke say into his phone."I think you are more like a slut than anybody else."he yells into his phone.

There is a long pause. "You know what. I dont wanna hear any 'baby I am sorrys' or any of your fucking shit."he yells once more.

"Samantha I don't want to hear you anymore just get out of my fucking life.'he sighs deeply into the phone.He hangs upnand plota on his bed with me.

"Luke, are you okay? "I ask as he shakes his and puts his hands on his face."No, Samantha wanted me to bully you and start doing the stuff she does."he says.

"Can I invite you to a party this weekend?"he asks. "I don't know. Is the rest of the gang going?"I ask as he ahakes his head yes.

"Ok I'm in."I breathe out."Thanks for coming."he says."What is Samantha gonna say at school tomorrow?"I ask.

"She might beg for me to come back to her."he shrugs. I mouthe oh and see I have a message from unknown.

I open it up and read it.

I know you are with Luke. Lets say I am gonna beat you until he comes back for me.I will bully and start doing typical things to you.You better watch out.

I stare shocked and wondering how she got my number."Uhh. Luke you might wanna look at this."I say handing my phone to him.

He reads it wide. Eyed."What are we going to do?"I ask."I dont know. Should I go back to Samantha? I dont want you getting hurt."he says.

He cares for me?The most shocked thing I ever heard that came from his mouth.

"Lets just wait until tomorrow. "I say. "Luke time for dinner!"his mum call from down stairs.

We both head down atairs to greet his mum."Is it fine if I spend the night here Mrs.Hemmings?"I ask.

"Its fine by me I remember you would always want ro sleep here when you guys were little."she says."I will call my mum if I can stay."I say getting a text from her.

From Mum:You can stay at Luke House.

How did she know? I ask myself. I eat dinner with them and start laughing about our day.Lukes dad telling us hilarious staories from work.

After I eat done I decided to wash my plate. I go to the sink and turn on the water then."Cassidy Marianne Johnson put that plate down."Luke mum calls from behind.

"You guys never let me do anything."I pout."I warned ya."Luke says as I go up stairs.

I wash up and slipping on Luke's shirt and sweat pants before jumping on his bed.

I steal his charger and plug my phone in."What do yoy always do that?" Luke asks.

"So I can have mine charged before yours."I say settling on the right of his bed.

He climbs in too and cuddles into me."Night."he says."Night. "I say drifting to sleep.
