You and I (Niall Horan Fanfiction)

Niall's POV

Connie has been acting very strange the whole night. She always seemed to be lost in her thoughts and sometimes she wouldn't make eye contact with me. I'm beginning to worry because did I do something wrong? I'm going to talk to try to talk to her tomorrow.

Connie's POV

"Hey Connie, what's wrong? You said we needed to talk." Bernice said.

I took a deep breath and said, "Evan texted me. He called to apologize and everything." I said.

"Well, that's great!" Bernice said.

"He also told me that he had feelings for me." I said.

"Oh... that is a problem. Well, do you still like him?" Bernice said.

"I don't know. That's the problem. I thought I got over him, but him apologizing brings back good memories from before." I said.

"Are you going to tell Niall?" Bernice said.

"Not yet, I think I have to do some thinking first. But I really like Niall. I don't know, I'm confused." I said.

"Well, whatever decision you make, I know you'll make the right one." Bernice said as she smiled.

I smiled back at her.

The next day, the boys had another concert. I didn't feel like going, so I just hung around the tour bus myself.

Niall's POV

Connie didn't feel like going to the concert. There's something wrong. I have to ask her after the concert.

The concert ended and I headed back to the tour bus. I went to Connie's bunk, but it seemed like she already fell asleep. I kissed her on the forehead and went to my bunk.

Connie's POV

It was about 3 a.m. right now. I guess I accidentally fell asleep while thinking about this whole thing. I got up from my bunk bed and went into the kitchen to get a glass of water.

"So, why are you still up?" Zayn said.

I was startled because he just came out of no where.

"Zayn! You scared me. Nothing, just getting some water and thinking." I said.

"Thinking about what?" Zayn said.

I don't know if I should tell Zayn about my life story. but I really need an opinion and advice from someone. I took a deep breath.

I went on to telling him about my life practically and my friendship with Evan.

"I'm sorry you're going through so much Connie." Zayn said as he hugged me.

"It's alright, I'm used to it." I said.

"So what are you going to do about Evan and Niall?" Zayn said.

Zayn and I did a lot of talking for about an hour.

Niall's POV

I was sleeping when I kept on hearing chattering in the kitchen. I looked into Connie's bunk bed and she wasn't there. I quietly went to peek into the kitchen and I saw Zayn and Connie talking. Who talks at three in the morning?

"So what are you going to do about Evan and Niall?" Zayn said.

Evan? I thought they weren't talking.

"I don't know. I'm so confused with my feelings now after Evan apologized to me." Connie said.

Evan apologized to her? She didn't tell me that. More importantly, she's confused about her feelings? So does that mean she likes him?

"Wow Connie, I can't believe you were keeping things from me." I said.

Connie turned and was upset, "No Niall-"

I stormed out of the tour bus and sat outside for a bit in the dark. How could she have feeling for someone while we were dating? I really like her and she made me believe she liked me.
