Broken
Overprotective
Sam’s POV
We got off the plane and Liam drove to a nice house in the country. “Just wait… Gimme a sec to prepare them.” Prepare them for what? “Ok, come here.” I walked forward slowly, not sure what to expect. “Hi.” Liam’s parents look at me in shock. “He was right, you’re my little Sami.” His mother cried. I just stood there in shock as she ran and hugged me. I was so confused, were they for real? “We know you have doubts, so we’re willing to show you whatever will help you believe.” “Can I see your handwriting?” She nodded and handed me a letter she wrote to Liam as a kid. I compared it to the letter I had gotten from my parents as a kid. When I saw the similarity, I broke down crying. Liam was beside me in seconds. “I’m so sorry Sami, we wanted you, we really did. But we just couldn’t afford two kids at the time. And Liam could work with your granddad in the family business, seeing as it was all-male. So, we had to, to keep our family alive.” I ran to my mom and she held me. “I forgive you Mommy. I love you.” It was one, big family hug. Liam took me up to his room and we sat down. “So, now you understand why I’m so protective?” “Li, we’re twins.” “Well, I was born 3 minutes before you.” “Wow, you have a whole 3 minutes on me.” “Sami…” “It’s cause you’re a guy, I get it.” I punched him playfully. “I love you Sami.” “I love you too Li.” We spent the rest of the week getting to know each other. I finally felt loved. But, of course, my parents took it hard when they found out who I had lived with. But I still had the best week of my life, aside from meeting the boys. So, it hurt when we left, but I promised to come back. Now, for the second task, telling the boys, and Simon, which could lead to telling the world that Liam Payne has a long-lost twin sister. All I could think was thank GOD we weren’t identical!
Niall’s POV
We had lain around on our week off, waiting for Liam and Sam. “We’re back!” the door slammed and Sam and Liam ran in holding hands. I cringed at that, did they get together. “We all need to talk, get the guys, I’m calling Simon.” I went to hunt Lou, Haz and Zayn, wondering what was so important that we had to involve Uncle Si.” 30 minutes later, we all sat on the couch, staring at Li and Sami. “Ok, Liam and I…we’re well…” “OMG, are you together?” “No Lou, we’re twins.” Liam said, rolling his eyes. Well, I did not see that coming. Not only were they related, they were TWINS?! Well, now we understand why he’s so obnoxiously protective. “Well, I think we need to go public, this would be great. But, only if you two are comfortable with it.” They looked at each other. “We’ve discussed it and we think that it’s not a great idea but, if you think we should, ok.” Liam said, as Sami squeezed his hand. “Right, I’ll let you know then.” Simon said, before leaving. While the other guys grilled Liam, I snuck up behind Sami and twirled her around. “Hi.” “Hey Sami, I missed you.” “I missed you too Nialler.” I leaned it right as Liam cut in. “LIAM!” “No, there will be no snogging until I say you may snog my sister.” Sami rolled her eyes, cut through Liam and pressed her lips to mine. “You never said a thing about me snogging him.” She yelled as she ran away.
