Or So They Thought

“Ppppppppppppllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaassssssssssssssssssseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee?????????????????????????????” The younger girl begged her parents.
“Fine, but only if your sister takes you!” The mother caved, finally annoyed just enough. The young girl turned to her sister.
“But, mum, I still have to finish packing and prepping for college. I’ve only got a few more days.” The older girl said, harshly, trying to get out of it. She wasn’t even actually sure what ‘it’ was. She just knew she wanted no part in it.
“Exactly!” The mother pointed out. “You’ve only got a few more days to spend some quality time with your sister! And I’m sure she’d love to help you, if you’d only take her to this concert.” ‘It’ was a concert? Did she really want to know?
“Mum, I’m still packing and prepping because she tried to help.” She explained as they laughed. But something had slipped her mind… Did she really want to know? “Wait… ‘it’ is a concert? What… who’s playing it?” Guess she did.
“Oh, just the latest boy band your sister’s infatuated with.” Her mother explained quickly, before her sister could say anything. They laughed, while her sister tried to explain that it wasn’t just a boy band.
“Mum…” She looked over, trying to be serious, but still kind of laughing. “How many tickets are there?”
“Uh… three?”
“Great! Girls Night Out!” Their mother groaned, as the girls giggled and high-fived.

Okay, so I had, like, half the story typed out, and then my computer decided that it totally loved me (sarcasm), and so shut down and deleted all of it. This one's pretty close, and I'm not changing any major details, but the first one was better. Yeah... Let me know what you think! Thanks!
