Don't Let Me Go. (24th Chapter)

Evelyn's POV:

“Evelyn, please just talk to me?” Harry calls for me, and I notice that my silence is causing him to become irritated. I step into my room, as his shoes follow my footsteps to the inside. I flunk my body on the mattress of the queen-sized bed, while Harry locks the door quietly. “(I groan in depression) Harry, I’m not so cheerful right now. Please, I don’t want to ruin your mood. I need to think a little, and be alone for a certain amount of time.” He doesn’t seem to agree with my request, since I feel his body sitting closely to mine.
He moves my hair off of my shoulder, shifting it to dangle over my back. “(He coos) Did I do something wrong?” I turn my face, allowing my own eyes to dive into his green ocean. “(I speak through what my heart and mind agree on) Harry, the whole world did something wrong to me, but you? (I place my hand on his right cheek, caressing it tenderly) You are the only right thing that’s going on with my life.”
His eyes glitter at me, as his dimples being to rise up like the awaited sun of every morning. His head begins to near mine, while his eyes begin to close. A second later, his lips collide with mine, soothing me from all of the negativity that today granted me. “(He departs his lips slowly) I love you, just keep remembering that. (His eyes open, while he proceeds) I don’t know how you’re able to be so loving, even when you practically are sad. I can never thank god enough for granting me you in my life, baby.”
His arms hover over my tiny waist, embracing me in a caring hug. I don’t want longer to hook my own hands around his abdomen, squeezing him tight in warmth. I rest my head over his shoulder, allowing my mind to think of a plan. “Harry?” I murmur absentmindedly, as his head nods on my back.
“I love you so much. But I really can’t do this any longer. I need to-…” He interrupts my words, snapping out of the hug. His eyes glisten a scared look at me, making him seem so fragile and frightened. “Are you leaving m-…” I place my hand over his lips, causing him to quiet down. “I would never leave you, Harry. (I smile, even though I don’t feel like it) If you would’ve let me finish, you’d know what I wanted to say.” He nods, kissing my inner palm softly.
“I can’t do this with you, while I’m still married to your father. You do know that this is considered to be one of the major sins? (He bobs his head slowly, as I retrieve my hand away from his mouth) In order for us to be together, we need a solution out of this. That’s why I want us to think together, so we could be together.” He smiles at how I used the word ‘together’ in a smart figure of speech.
“Divorce him.” I widen my eyes at Harry’s sudden response, not expecting this to be his instant solution. “Harry, I would. But I can’t. If I divorce your father, then I’ll end up on the streets. You know why I was crying earlier? It’s because I had a major fight with my mother. If I divorce Desmond then I won’t be able to go back to my mother’s house.” Harry begins to realize the stickiness of the situation, as his eyes deviate into thought.
“(He turns his face back to look at me, planting a kiss on my temple before talking) Don’t worry, Evey. I promise we will figure it out, as long as we are together; nothing is going to stop in our path. I promise I will never leave you.” I lower my head, placing it on his lap. “(I mumble in worry) You won’t let me go?” He begins to brush my hair, in complete care. “Never.”

First of all I want to apologise to all of you for me being delayed today <3 I was out in the repair store, fixing the water cooler with my mother :( <3

Notes: As for the notes of today, I want to clear out something that you all might have not understood. Evelyn doesn't want to obey her mother and to trick Harry anymore. She went to her house to clear that out, but at the same time she didn't tell her that Harry and her are together (Y) Evelyn now, is determined more than ever, to fix this mess that her mother pushed her into. But at the same time, you can't blame Evelyn's mother completely, since Evelyn agreed to this in the beginning right? Even though she had ups and downs the whole time, she was still going to do it eventually. But now that she was realised the truth of life, she changed her path to a better one; holding Harry's hand and walking together to their optimistic future. <3
Questions for tomorrow: Water? Music? Someone coming over? Evelyn doesn't want to talk to Harry? Why? :O
