Chapter 17
Bella's Pov
He turns...face expression actually smug. I ask" Why is such a boy like you in the forest all....alone ? " He laughs an he looks at me through the corner of his eye and starts speeding through the forest and I being such a dumb girl followed him. I actually managed to catch up with him without witch magic. SCORE!!! He finally stops and I didn't see him stop. I kept going before I stop myself....there was a cliff. I was half witch half vampire. So my mortal side could kill me. I guess I would be half dead but I didn't want to try it.
I was gonna fall...but Harry caught me and held me from the cliff....bridal style. I looked deeply into his dark emerald eyes which I think is his true eye color. He looked back at me...we started to inch closer for our lips to meet. He pulled back put me down and listened. His eyes widened and he said," I forgot we were in there territory. He prepared to run, but I held on to his arm and asked," Whose territory?" " We have to go, if we don't leave now it won't matter at all" he said grinding his teeth.
I nodded and we were about to leave when I finally heard what Harry did just moments before. It sounded like heavy bear footsteps but it was way faster for just a bear. Then, I feared the worst. They were close and before I knew it we were surrounded.
A man without a shirt with black hair, and tanned skin. He said," Whose this newborn Harry?" Harry stepped forward and replied," Jacob...this is just a friend. She means no harm, isn't that right Bella?"
That was when Jacob raised a brow and said," Wait, another Bella." I looked up at him and then said," You knew the original Bella, thee Bella Collins?!!" Jacob nodded and replied," Yea, I was once in love with her, but the question is....how do you know about her." I say," She is a legend around my family."
Jacob eyes me and said," You're no ordinary vampire are you..." I shook my head and casting a spell I say," My life story shall be told like a movie roll." As I said it was done and Jacob's eyes went completely white. The other wolves were all startled I cast another spell to see I mean no harm to there pack leader.
Once Jacob's eye site was given back to him, I could tell he saw it all. I raised a eyebrow while he smirked." That is some gift you have. Let our youngest new wolf show you around." He gestured his arm to a wolf that transformed to someone oddly familiar.
Jacob tossed him some shorts. He put them on and walked up to me to shake my hand, " Hi my name is Louis." I look at him and said," LOUIS?!!!" He squints at me and the realization hits him and he replied," Wait, Bella you're a vampire?" I shook my head and said," Well...not exactly." I hold my hand up showing a ball of fire. His eyes widened and things went down hill from there.
