“Oh Gabby! Wake up my love!”

“Harry please let me sleep!” I ground tiredly. I was exhausted from the events the night before and I needed to sleep.

“No can do babe, we have to meet the boys remember?”

“Ugh fine I’m up.” Harry smiled at me and pressed small kisses on my lips.

I exhaustedly walked to the shower and let the warm water hit my body. I hoped a quick shower would wake me up because I had no energy at the point.

Today the boys wanted to get together at Liam’s house for a small barbecue to celebrate the end of the tour. I was so happy they were finally going to have some off time. They were my best friends and I missed them all so much. It was hard dating a rock star, especially one as good looking as Harry. You have that constant fear of worrying about if they are remaining faithful, or you worry about the distance and how it will affect your relationship because your companion is gone half the time. It was hard at first, but Harry and I made it work. We both trust each other. I love him. Having your best friend on the road with your boyfriend does make it a little easier but also harder. It’s easier because you have someone to look out for you, to tell you if things are going wrong, and you have you're own support system in a way because you know they are missing somebody as well. It’s harder because not only is your significant other gone but your best friend as well. You have to adjust to two important in your life being gone half the time, but like I said you become accustomed to it.

But yes Liam and I are best friends. I’ve known the kid since I was little. We grew up together, I actually have pictures of us in our diapers. We’ve been there for one another since the beginning. I remember when Liam first told me he wanted to be a singer. I always had faith in him, and I knew he would go far. I mean have you heard his voice? We both encouraged each other. He inspired me to pursue my art which has always been very important to me. He watched me date asshole after asshole, and would tell me I deserve better. Hey, he would even let me cry on his shoulder after it was all over. I was there for him through his heartbreaks and would offer to kick their asses if he wanted me to. But Liam being the gentleman he was never wanted me to. Liam is the kindest person I know, he has a beautiful soul, and a loving heart.

“Babe? Are you okay?” Harry should from our bedroom.

“Yeah, I'm fine just finishing up.” I loved taking showers. It was like my secret hiding place and I would always get lost in thought. I stepped out and wrapped a towel around my body as Harry walked in and wrapped his hands around my waist. He began kissing my neck and turned me around to face him.

“You didn't even let me join you.” He said as a smirk appeared on his face and his hands began messing with my towel.

“Not now Harry, later I promise.” I said winking at him as I walked into the bedroom to get dressed.

Harry and I have been dating for almost two years. I remember when Liam first introduced me to him. I was honestly starstruck and Liam knew that Harry was my favorite, so he had a laugh watching me stutter when I first talked to him. When I first told Liam I had a crush on him he was completely supportive of it. He encouraged me to talk to him more and Harry and I became great friends. I honestly thank Louis, yes Louis Tomlinson, for getting us together. Louis would always walk around teasing both of us about how we both liked each other. Harry finally asked me on a date and I was so shocked I nearly fainted. After that we’ve been together ever since and I love him so much. Harry is such an amazing guy and he is everything you would want in a man. He was loving, caring, funny, and most importantly he was the ultimate gentleman. My parents absolutely adore him. My mother calls him more than me and always asks when he will be coming over next. I would say I’m quite a lucky girl.

“Gabriella are you almost done.”

“Yes babe I am.” I said finishing the last of my makeup.

“Oh you look beautiful baby.” Harry said kissing my cheek.

“Thank you, my love.” I said smiling.

I took one last look at my outfit and headed downstairs and heard Harry on the phone.

“Yeah mate I’ll tell her. Be there in a few.”

“Who was that?”

“Liam.”

“What did he want?”

“He wanted me to tell you that Sophia will be there today.” I huffed and rolled my eyes. Great, I thought this day would actually be peaceful.

“Why couldn't Liam just tell me himself?”

“He knew you would kick his ass.”

“Damn right I would! He knows how I feel about her.”

“Babe be nice.”

“When am I not?” I huffed.

“Pretty much every time you see her.”

“Let’s get one thing straight here Styles, I tried to be nice but the bitch still doesn't like me and I’m not going to let her be rude to me, so fuck that. I wont kiss her ass like you all do.” He sighed.

“We all are not too fond of her but we put up with it for Liam, which is what you should be doing since he is your best friend Gabby.”

“Fine lets just get this over with.” I rolled my eyes and walked outside to the car.

“Relax babe, it will be fine. I promise.” He kissed the side of my head and started the car.

Please just let me make it through this barbecue.
