It was the same guy. My neighbor, who I almost crushed with a flowerpot. He looked captivating. I don't know what it was about him that caught my eyes. His greenish eyes, his curls or maybe his smile. I couldn't help myself and stare at him. But when I looked around I noticed that I wasn't the only one having trouble not looking.

"Mr. Styles, You're late. Two more times and you got yourself your first detention of this year" The teacher told him

He just laughed like what the teacher said was a joke and walked to his friends. Not before quickly glancing at Phoebe and me.

"Psst Lexy, isn't that him? I like his attitude towards teachers" Phoebe whispered.

Of course she liked his attitude. At our old school she was that girl that didn't care about what teachers said. She ended up in detention at least 3 times a week. Our teachers used to be surprised when they met me. They expected me to be like her.

"Now that everyone is here. I’d like to start with saying that I’m happy to see all of you in this class. You made it boys and girls. Just one more year and you won’t have to see me anymore” the teacher said and the class chuckled

“Anyways I’m not going to ask everyone to introduce themselves since all of you know each other. But we do have two new students. Girls, I’m Mr. Lock. Please stand up and introduce yourself.” Mr Lock said
We both stood up. “Hi, I’m Phoebe Owens. I’m from Santa Monica America and I’m 18 and yes that means I’m repeating my senior year” Phoebe told everyone

“What happened?” Mr.Lock asked

“I’m not good at following orders Mr. Lock” Phoebe smirked and batted her eyelashes

“I hope that changes this year miss Owens”

“If a miracle happens” Phoebe mumbled and sat down

“Yes and you” Mr Lock said looking at me

“I’m Alexis Owens and I’m Phoebe’s younger sister, I’m 17 and that’s it” I nervously said.
I wasn't a big fan of speaking in front of strangers.

“You can sit down Alexis. Take out your notebooks. We are learning everything about the second Word War in the upcoming weeks” Mr.Lock told us

Mr Lock started talking and everyone started daydreaming. I was taking notes. I’m sure that Phoebe and I need it. Phoebe was talking to some girls in the back of the class. I looked around for a second and spotted 2 green eyes staring. I give him a smile and turned back to my book. The class was pretty easy and was over in no time. I stood up after the bell rang.

“Phoebe?” I asked but she was too busy talking to the popular girls. I guess she has made friends. I took my books and went to look for my locker.

“Alexis!” Someone yelled

I turned around and saw a boy walking towards me. “I think you forgot your book” He said

“No I have mine” I told him waving my book

“Oh I thought it was yours. Anyways I’m Liam” He put his hand out

“Alexis” I shook his hand

“Liam! Quiet flirting and help us” another boy shouted

“In a second Zayn. I’m sorry I have to go” He told me

“It’s okay” I told him. He walked away to his group of friends. Phoebe was standing there.
I turned around to continue finding my locker. I was too busy looking at locker numbers that I bumped into someone.

“Sorry I…” I stopped mid sentence

“It’s okay, love” He said. It was him, my neighbor. "Alexis, right?”

“Yes” I replied

“I’m Harry” He told me and I finely knew his name

He was going to ask me something when a blond girl came and interrupted him “Harry, you have to meet Phoebe” She pulled him towards Phoebe and Liam.

Harry kept on walking but turned looked at me “Nice to finally meet you neighbor” He smirked

Wait, what! He knows that I’m his neighbor. Oh no he probably saw me staring or he knows that I’m the one who dropped the flowerpot. Eitherway it's embarasing. I hope this day ends soon.
