Anliana's POV

Once I got to school that morning, I went straight to my locker. I grabbed all of my books, heading to my first class; English.

I was early, of course, so I just took a book out of my backpack and opened it in the bookmarked spot.

After a few minutes, I heard the door open and close a few times. I looked up just to be met with a pair of hazel brown eyes. I jumped a bit in my seat.

"Jesus Christ, Jax," I muttered, but still gave him a small smile. I can't be mad at him.

Jaxton grinned. "Hey, Lia."

You see, Jaxton is my best friend. Fellow nerd. When we first became friends and I told him my name, he just started to call me Lia.

"How and why do you always do that? I'm still not used to it after three years."

"You know, I'm just... Let's just put it this way. I'm special." A small smirk claimed his lips as Mr. Perkins entered the classroom.

"Wipe that smirk off your face and turn around, 'Mr. Special'." Jaxton just chuckled and turned around his seat, facing the front of the class.

So sorry it was so short. I'm busy today and I just wanted to post something and also see if anyone would read this. I know, I'm not a great writer but I try. I am honestly trying y best to make this plot work. SO. Predict in the comments how Harry and Anliana are going to meet.
