Unpredictable.

I woke up to Talla and Gracie jumping on me.
"Get off." I groaned.
"Wake up." They spoke in unison.
"Obviously I'm awake." I replied.
"Not awake enough." Gracie smirked.
"What do you guys want?" I asked,
"Wow. Obviously someone doesn't remember what today is." Talla smiled.
"Friday." I replied. "Friday! Holy crap! It's Friday!" I yelled and pushed them off of me. I ran for the shower and heard them laughing behind me. It's Friday. Prom night. I showered and shaved as quick as possible, then threw on the closest outfit to me.
"Ready to go?" Gracie laughed.
"You have no idea." I smiled.
We have a hair appointment in 20 minutes, then we'll come back to the hotel to have Gracie do our makeup, and change. I've never been so excited.
Liam's P.O.V.
I woke up and smiled. Tonight I get to take the most beautiful girl to prom. Niall and Lou got up as well. We have to go pick up our tux's soon, so we all showered and headed out.
"You're smiling like an idiot." Louis spoke, laughing at me.
"Tell me you aren't excited for tonight." I replied, shoving his shoulder.
"I am, I just don't know if I'm as in love with my date as you." he smiled, but I knew he was.
"If you aren't in love with Gracie, what is it?" Niall asked.
"She's my best friend." he replied.
"Kat is Liam's "best friend" too, and Talla mine. Will you lads just admit you love them." Niall insisted.
"Nialler, when you admit it, we will." Louis smirked.
"He practically just did." I added.
We all just kinda smiled and laughed, then finally made it to the tux shop.
Kat's P.O.V.
Our hair was finally done, so Talla, Gracie, and I headed back for the hotel.
"Who's ready for makeup?" Gracie smiled.
"SHould we be scared?" I laughed.
"I have a license for this, no you shouldn't." Gracie glared.
Talla and I laughed, then let her do our makeup.
"Time to change, the boys will be here soon." I smiled.
"You're too excited for this." Talla replied.
"And you're not? You're going to prom with Niall... And you aren't excited?" I asked, but she was already blushing, and didn't bother replying.
I grabbed my dress and put it on.
"Talla... Zip me up?" I asked, she smiled.
"And... There you go." she finished.
I turned to see myself in the mirror and smiled. This is really happening.
"Maybe Liam seeing you in this will make him admit his feelings." Gracie smiled.
"He kind of already did that." I laughed.
"Well, maybe he'll call you his girlfriend after tonight." she smiled.
my heart raced, what if tonight did change everything? I know we said we'd take it slow... but what if?
"How do I look?" Talla asked.
"Perfect." I smiled.
"What about me?" Gracie, smiled.
"Just as perfect." I smiled, "The boys will fall in love." I added.
Liam's P.O.V.
After we picked up our tux's we had to pick up the corsages.
"Think Kat will like it?" I asked the boys, holding her corsage.
"Very pretty, mate." Lou smiled.
"I think she'll love it, how do you think Talla will like hers?" Niall asked, holding the corsage in front of us.
"It's perfect for her." I replied.
"I'd ask how Gracie would feel, but I know." Louis joked, showing us her corsage.
We all just kinda smiled and nodded in agreement, the girls were going to love these. Then we went back to the hotel to change, my heart couldn't stop racing at every thought of seeing Kat soon.
Kat's P.O.V.
Once all of us were ready, we heard a knock on the door. My heart jumped and I went for the door. I took a deep breath then turned the handle. I saw Liam, Louis, and Niall all there smiling.
"Kat... You look... Wow." Liam breathed.
"Not too bad yourself, Payne." I replied.
He gave me a huge hug, and a kiss on the cheek.
"I think I'm the luckiest." he smiled.
"Why's that?" I asked.
"I get to go to prom with my gorgeous best friend."
I just smiled, and stared at his gorgeous brown eyes.
"Ready to go, love birds?" Lou asked.
"Definitely." Li and I replied insync.
We got in the limo and went off to prom.
Once we all got to prom, we walked in, head our pictures taken, and walked to our table. It was the six of us... And... Elijah, his date, Talla's ex Austin, and his date.
"Wow. This did not work out well at all." Talla spoke under her breath.
"You're telling me." I nudged her.
"Nice to see you guys." Elijah started.
I stared at his date, Jewels, his other ex. Her dress was long and tight, and her long blonde hair was pulled to the side in a goddess style.
"Wish I could say the same." I replied, in a sour tone.
"Kat." Liam nudged.
"It's alright." Elijah began.
"Tallahassee, you look very nice." Austin smiled, and got a mean glare from his girlfriend.
"Thanks." she replied, quickly.
Austin's girlfriend, Haley, wasn't the prettiest in the entire world, and she's obviously the jealous type. the more Elijah and Austin tried talking to us, the more you could feel the hate for us.
"Kat," Liam began, breaking the longest awkward silence at dinner anyone could have, "How about we go dance?" he asked, I smiled taking his hand tightly.
"Let's."
We walked to the dance floor, and soon everyone followed.
"Doing alright, love?" Li asked.
"Of course." I smiled, "It's just going to be a long night." I added, seeing Elijah and Jewels walk to the dance floor. A very long night indeed.

So funny story, I had a very long chapter ALL about prom written, I submitted it, and it deleted everything, so the rest of prom is coming, I promise! :) enjoy.
