☁ SUMMER STARS☁

The food hall was crammed with kids, sat on wooden benches waiting in anticipation for the evening meal to start. Mass spread of chatter, could be heard lots of giggling and play fighting as the kids get to grips with each other. Whilst we were just stood awkwardly at the front, 'observing' for any unfriendly behavior. It was a little intimidating the little kids, staring right into you.
"Right everybody settle down, settle down. Now we are all pleased to welcome you to this years Alpine Summer Camp. We all hope you have an amazing summer and you meet lots of new friends and experience things you've never done before! As you know we have many, many activities open to everyone, make sure to check schedules and billboards to be notified. Lastly before I leave you to have you're first meal here at Alpine, we have to ensure that everyone is in bed at the curfew which is 8:30 for you juniors and then for you seniors you are expected in cabins by 10:00 no later, including staff. If you have any inquires or just anything you need help with make sure, to ask the helpers! Thank you so very much for listening, I hope you enjoy you're summer! Now dig in!"
"Wow, that was defiantly the shortest speech I've ever heard" India, mocks.
"Curfew haha, when did we get that?"
The hall was still buzzing with noise, it felt so lovely and homely as everyone chattered. We met many more 'helpers', who were like I, were so excited to tidy up this hall after the children's monstrous dinner times.
"Learn from the Tommo guys" Louis manages to balance a spoon on his nose, pure skill causing everyone on our table to be amused.
The hall suddenly when to a quiet ,as muffled noises could be heard.
"What's going on?" Florence, lifted herself from the table as sounds of shouting escaped through the hallway. Crowds of kids were already surrounding the doors as sounds of smashing echoed down the hall.
"Helpers, excuse me. Please stay seated" Starting to shout, to calm down the army of kids trying to push into the narrow corridors. Than I got a glimpse of the problem.
"Let me leave" His eyes, were filled with rage.
"Zayn, you know you have to stay" The head office, didn't seem intimidated by the boy.
"I, don't have to do anything" Putting emphasis on the I, the veins on his neck are visible as he shouts, knocking down framed pictures.Surrounding him is debris, broken glass and other items that some how ended up on the floor as he exits pushing the door open with force.
"Everyone please go back to the hall, we don't want to see anyone get hurt by any of the glass. Helpers please assist them back" As he retreats following 'Zayn'. The crowd falls silence, till the sounds of helpers echo back through the halls pushing the kids back.

"Come on kids, back up back up" Ushering them back into the hall. Wow and let me guess were going to have to clean that up too, after a silly immature winy idiot decided to throw a fit, lovely.
Time goes quickly as dinner ends I didn't eat much more. I was still bloody fuming, Zayn whoever he is had no right to do that. No one else seemed phased by the incident, why urgh things like this really get on my nerves.
"Right I will tidy the hallway, you guys alright to do in here?" Lily, grabs the dust pan and brush.
"Oh is there any other reason, why you'd want to do the hallway Lils?" India asks.
"Yeah, like um maybe someones out there?"
"Like um maybe Niall? Just maybe?"
"Shut up guys, I just want to do some good ol' cleaning okay" she laughs and exits through the doors.
"Wait guys I do look okay right" Lily's head pops round the door.
"Beautiful babe, Niall will be gagging for it"
"Niall will be gagging for what?" Niall appears behind Lily.
"Oh, um the chocolate pudding there's left overs hun" Lily throws me a thank you smile, as I pass Niall a pudding.
"Daisy, I can tell we are going to be good friends" Niall gives me a warm hug, before tucking in.
