4 Years Later

Dean: “So today we are gathered over here to present you the class of 2014, we have some very talented kids that are graduating now in the school of arts Juilliard you all made it this far. I hope to see your future increase and filled with prosperity in life, congratulations class of 2014 hope to see all of you in the near future.” We threw our caps at the air, I kissed my husband congratulations and I went to my uncle and my two boys.

Roberto: “Congratulations my love you have made me so proud to become an uncle, today and this two lovely boys are so lucky to witness their mom and dad graduating today.”

Harry: “Mr. Roberto thank you for coming today, it means a lot to the both of us we wouldn’t have done it without you.”

Roberto: “It is a pleasure my son continue to live you dream, you are a good man Harry I am so happy Jasmine found someone like you.”

Me:” Uncle, Harry come I want to take a picture with all of us.”

Christopher grabbed my robe and he looked at me with his puppy dog eyes, I carried him and he kissed me on my cheeck. My pride and joy in this entire world are my two boys I wouldn’t have finished my studies without them, they have made me so proud to become a mom. I hope my auntie is looking down on me and smiling I hope that I made her happy.

Harry: “Chris…. You are not going to kiss papi?.”

Christopher was grabbing my neck strongly like he didn’t want to go to Harry, I stuck out my tongue and winked at him.

I didn’t know that my life would end up this way that falling in love with someone and giving all of you will cause you to be happy. We fought every battle our way and we will continue to fight our battles. I am glad I gave all of me to Harry because he completes my other half and he knows me better than I know myself my life is not complete.
