First Birthday Without You.

Jasmine POV
Today is my big day the day that I will celebrate my first ever birthday without my auntie, I try to be happy even though deep down I am not because she is not around. She used to bake me my favourite cake it was banana cake, with chocolate on top of that.
I used to come home to that and a simply yet meaningful gift from her, I miss her so freaking much. There hasn’t been a day that I would forget about her, I sigh to myself as I was brushing my hair and preparing my final self before leaving for school.
Ricardo: “Good morning honey bunch you are 19 already you have grown up to be a very smart, and intellectual girl. I am so happy to see you blossom into this beautiful girl you are today, I know your auntie is very happy about that as well. I will see you tonight alright, but listen we will celebrate it outside I have a surprise for you.”
I kissed my uncle and hugged him tightly I love him so much, he is the only part of family I have left in my life. Harry is the other best thing that happened in my life, because he made me feel so happy and loved.
10 Min Later
Harry: “Happy birthday gorgeous you thought that I forgot about it?, I would never forget about anything. I have bought some flowers for you, I hope you love them there are more surprises to come.”
Once school was done I got back home to get ready, I got back inside and a beautiful dress was waiting for me upstairs. “You think that I would not spoil you more?, go and put that dress and I will see you later on tonight.”

Ricardo: “You look absolutely beautiful I cannot stop looking at you, I cannot look at you and not tear up. I am a very proud uncle to be honest raising you was sometimes hard for me, I didn’t know what to do with you or your bad habits. But look at you now you have grown up so much, I am going to get emotional now because…” I hugged him so tightly because he didn’t need to say anything more, I felt his words and how much I had disappointed him with my old habits.
The past is done and the future is the only thing I am looking forward, spending time with my love ones is all that I am looking forward now. I wonder where my uncle is going to take me, and why haven’t I heard from Harry yet?.
