A NEW BEGINNING!

The bright burning lights filled the midnight sky making a heart with her name it. It was the night everything tuned my life right side up. Where it’s supposed to be. Since she came into my life everything went back to normal. Her smile lights up my world making the darkness go away, forever. Her eyes make the stars look like they’re not shining. The way she brushes her hair out of her face gives me butterflies. She gets me smiling when I’m having a bad day or feeling sad. She makes me laugh. The way she gets me, nobody else but she sees this side of me. The soft and sweet side. The touch of her soft hand holding mine makes my stomach turn. The way she hugs me, wants me never leaving her side. The way she talks lets me know she cares. The way she holds in her arms makes me even happier knowing she is the one. The one I have been looking for. She is my one true love and will always be in my heart. She is my new beginning of life.

*3 YEARS LATER*

Kyler P.O.V.

"Alexis, I love you so much. I will do anything for you," I say looking deep into her eyes.

"I love you too Kyler," her soft voice says echoing in my mind.

Hannah's P.O.V.

Why is he with Alexis? He said he didn't have practice today after school. Why would he do this on our 3 year anniversary? That's not right. He gave me a gold heart necklace that says 'MY ANGEL' on it. Well not anymore. I walk really fast up behind him so only Alexis sees me but he doesn't.

"What are you looking at," she says in a haughty way.

Well, of course she would be haughty. All popular girls here are. Right when she says that, Kyler turns around like a flashing lightning bolt.

"Hannah, what are you still doing at school," he says frightened, hoping I didn't see what happened and hear what he said, when I heard and saw everything.

"You know I stay after school every Monday and Thursday for extra help for Math. What are you still doing here? You don't have practice today," I say trying to be confident when inside my heart feels like it's about to drop dead.

"I...I...I thought I didn't have practice but-"

"But you didn't. You just wanted to stay after and be with your new girlfriend you have been cheating on me with."

Alexis looks at me like I am crazy. She always thinks she is way better than anyone and gets everything she wants when she is a complete bitch.

"Hannah, I can explain," he says trying to reassure me.

"No don't. Obviously you two are meant for each other. I'm just in the way of it," I say shaking and holding back tears.

"No, Hannah that's not what I meant."

I take off the necklace he gave me and gave it back to him. I look at Alexis and then walk away. I could feel Kyler's eyes stare into my soul. The look on Kyler’s face I couldn't get out of my head when I walked away. I started walking faster and faster every step I took. My heart just got torn out of my chest without a warning. Without a doubt, I couldn't think anymore. My mind was blocked. I took the long way home, crying my eyes out with every tear I had in me. How could Kyler do this to me? What did I ever do to him??
