"kids dinner!" I heard my mom yell from the bottom of the stairs. I slowly walked out of Louis's warm embrace. I grabbed his hand and intertwined our fingers.  "ready to have dinner with my mom?" I asked smiling. "I'm as ready as I'll ever be." he said smiling. We walked down the stairs and the smell of my mom's homemade enchiladas filled my nostrils, I started to pull Louis faster towards the kitchen. "you got down here quick." my mom chuckled. "of course I smelt your enchiladas when I got to the bottom of the stairs!" my mouth was watering, well not literally but I could already taste the food. I quickly let go of Louis's hand and ran over to the food. I heard him laughing at me, I turned around and stuck my tongue out at him and jogged over to the table. A few seconds later Louis and my mom joined me at the table. Louis sat next to me and my mother sat across from us. We ate in silence for a while then my mother finally said something.  "  so Louis what do you do? Like do you go to college or you have job?" my mother asked. "well, I am going to college for just the basics so I could do anything really, but I am in a band." he finished his last bite. "awh that's nice, what is your band called?" my mother said sweetly, Louis sat there and thought then he started to laugh. "you know what we actually don't have a name yet." he said shaking his shamefully. "also these enchiladas were amazing!" he said shooting her a smile. My mother put her head down, did Louis just make my mom blush, I don't know if that should be cute or awkward.   "well thanks Louis." she said sending him a smile. "no problem Stacy." he replied. That's just weird him calling my mom Stacy. It sent shivers down my spine for some odd reason. I felt Louis put his hand on my thigh I looked at him and he just winked at me. I put my hand in top of his massaging his hand. I heard a quiet moan escape from his lips. I just giggled and just kept massaging his hand, he leaned over to me and whisper "you need to stop that I'm about to pass out." he said looking at me tiredly.  "you kids go on and do whatever I'm going to clean the dishes." my mom said collecting both mine and Louis's plates. Both me and Louis got up and went back to my room. Louis ran for my bed and jumped on it. I slipped on the bed with him, he wrapped his arms around me. He kissed my forehead and let his kiss linger. I nuzzled closer to him, my eyes grew heavy. I fell asleep in the arms of a 'bad boy.' Before I fell asleep I heard Louis sing quietly, "There now, steady love, so few come and don't go Will you, won't you be the one I'll always know? When I'm losing my control, the city spins around You're the only one who knows, you slow it down." I smile at the lyrics, that was one of my favorite songs, for the first time in a while I fell asleep with a smile on my face.
