I read the fan fiction for someone I have worked with before on fanfics and have always known she was a good writer, and this is just more proof. I really liked this. However I think you might have used the 'accidentally bumped into someone' thing twice and I think you should come up with some other way for her to make them mad. I think you should be more creative with your words and find other words besides things like scared and make it to where the reader can understand exactly what the character is feeling. You are really good on the technical stuff, just try to think about what the character is feeling, and what you want the readers to feel at that time.
