"Can we talk?" He asked.
"Um, yeah." I said sitting down beside him.

He looked at me with a concentrated face. It was hard to not just melt under his gaze. He sat with one hand on the back of the couch an the other on his arm rest. He looked away and at the wall for a moment. He then sighed and turned his body to face me.
"Harry, you don't-" I began but he interrupted me.
"Louis told me why you left." He said blankly.
"I know he did." I said equally emotionless.
Silence settled in the air for a moment. He ran a hand through his curls then looked into my eyes.
"I know," he paused,"I know that Lou hurt you. After he said those things, I wouldn't want to stay around him either." He sighed and moved in his seat uneasily."but just because you left... You left which doesn't mean... That I don't still have feelings for you." He looked down at his hands.
"I'm sorry I left. I know I-"
"Let me finish. It's just, we never left it on a bad note. We didn't break up because we didn't love each other, it kinda just ended." He said sadly. I was trying extremely hard not to dwell on the fact that he mentioned that we loved each other. But he doesn't know that I still do love him.

"Wren, can we try again?" He said taking my hand in his.
"Harry, I hurt you. You don't want me back."
"I do. because you left, but that never meant I didn't stop loving you. Every day I hated Lou for causing you enough pain to leave. But then I realized that if you felt the same way about me, maybe you would have stayed." He said looking questionably into my eyes.
"Harry I did love you." I said running my hand over his cheek. It was comforting to feel his skin against mine. "I couldn't sit and face Lou knowing how he felt about me. I had to leave, and I hope you understand that."
"I do Wrenna. I get why you left. But now I know that things are going back to the way they were, and I'm asking to try again." He said looking at our intertwined hands as he played with my fingers.
I didn't say anything, an he knew I was thinking. I sat looking at my lap. He cleared his throat and moved closer to me. Gently, Harry lifted up my chin an looked into my eyes.
"Wren, I still love you." He said in an informative tone.
"I know Harry. I love you too." I said cracking a smile.
"So can we try and work it out?" He asked happily.
"Harry, can we just take it slow and see how things go?"
"Of course, I didn't expect things to bounce back to the way they were."
"I'm glad you understand. So friends?"
"Of course, If it means we can try again, then Im happy." He smiled.
"Me too."

Yesterday went really well. I had Harry an Lou back. I felt like I was on cloud nine. Nothing could bring me down.
Of course Harry and I weren't quite dating, but we would see where things led to. Lou was getting back to being his joking self around me. After Harry and I talked, we both walked out to the others and no one would shut up. They all cracked jokes about what we were doing while we were alone. It didn't bug me though, it was almost reassuring in a weird way. It was just another sign that things were slowly morphing back into what it used to be.

I was doing my makeup when my phone buzzed.

'What are you up to?' Perrie texted me.
'Going to go to the store. Exciting right?' I sent back.
'Well if your looking for something more exciting to do, the girls and I are going to the mall. Care to join?'

Those girls could never go anywhere without hitting the shopping centers.
I wasn't one to judge though, because Im the same way.

'I can't turn down shopping. It's my weakness.' I texted her.
'Great! Pick you up at 11:00?'
'Can't wait! :)'

A good old day with the girls.
