I walked for two lonely miles head hung low and hands shoved in my pockets. My hazel eyes stared down at the sidewalk; which was covered with dead leaves. The bland browns and blackened leaves created a pattern on the cement. With every step I counted the leaves and payed no mind to where I was walking.

My lips fell into a small 'o' when I knocked into someone. I trailed my eyes from the gray cement to the man, he raised his hand making me flinch backwards. He cocked his head to the side and placed his hand out for me too take. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you love!" He mumbled, I pulled myself up ignoring his hand. "I-I'm sorry I ran into you." I managed to get out.

"It's okay, you didn't mean it." He chuckled, "now what is a young lady like you doing out here all alone at night?" His head was still twisted to the side.

Think of something quick. What could I say? Maybe I got lost and was trying to head home? No that wouldn't work. An idea popped into my head.

"I was just trying to find my way to the airport, it seems that no cabs would pick me up and now I'm late for my flight to.." my mind went blank as I tried to think of a realistic place to be flying too; especially this late at night. "London! I was headed to London." I chirped up.

"Oh, well I can give you a ride - if you would like one. I have to go pick up a few mates from there anyways." He smiled.

"I-uh as long as you don't rape me." I mumbled, hands shoved deep into my pockets like they were trying to go down the rabbit hole.

"I won't, trust me. I'm not that rude." He muttered his face swirled down into a frown and his once bright eyes fell down into a dark blue.

"Well.. I guess you give me a ride then." I replied biting lightly down onto my lip.

He smiled again and led me to his car. He opened my door and let me in before getting in himself. We sat quietly as we made our way to the airport, my only escape from this hell hole of a city.

Before the car came to a complete stop I mumbled a thank you and got out. I rushed to the door and walked in, bag hitting my side. I walked up to the first line.

"Hello, what do you need help with ma'am?" The lady smiled, her eyes drooped with exhaustion.

"One ticket to London." I mumbled fiddling with the strap of my bag.

"Alright, passport?" She asked. My hands roamed threw my bags trying to find my papers. Did I forget them? I began to panic. Someone standing behind me tapped on my shoulder and cleared his throat. "I think you dropped this love." The man who had given me a ride to the airport stood behind me. Arm stretched out with my papers and passport in his hand. I snatched them back and handed them to the lady.

"Okay it will cost 512 dollars, and put this around your bag." The lady handed me a a tag, I wrapped it around my bag's handle. Pulling out five hundred dollar bills a ten, and two dollars. I handed it over to her and she counted out the cash. Before sliding the ticket across the desk top. "Your flight will be leaving in one hour at gate C16" I grabbed the ticket and nodded to her as a thank you. I walked towards security a few men stood around with wand like items in their hands. They moved them gracefully around the few bodies of people who groggily rubbed their eyes. The next man waved me over. "Put all items into this bin, including your shoes, sock and phone. Then proceed to walk through the frame." He handed me a light blue almost gray bin and I quickly put my items into it. I gave him the bin and my bag and walked through the metal frame. The light turned green giving them the good to go sign; same for my items. I put my shoes and socks back on; slipped my stuff back into my pockets and headed towards gate C16.

Hey guys, I know its been three days since the last update >-< sorry about that. I was just prepping for the few days of school. Anyways here's an update! I might upload another chapter tonight, but maybe it'll be up tomorrow. Also should I have a schedule for updating?
