Setting Up 1D

Fight

Sonny's POV

"Hey, Comic Geek! Who's the superhero that never had any friends and that never really did anything?" I heard someone yell from the top of the balcony, laughing at me.

"Oh look, she took my advice! She straightened her hair! Hey geek, have you ever straighten your hair before?" somebody asked, feeling trash fall down towards me.

"Where's the bow Comic Geek? Did you decided to ditch it once you found out Little Bo Peep and her sheep left the station?"

"Comic Geek! Why'd you come to school today? Wasn't yesterday enough?" said another voice, looking up to see a blonde, smiling devilishly.

"I'm not a quitter," I muttered softly, continuing to walk down the crowded halls.

"What'd I tell ya, she's a stupid bitch! I told you guys she never fights back." I heard a voice say, trying to ignore their rude comments. Their not worth fighting.

**flashback**

"Sonny, their just ignorant girls trying to make you feel bad. Don't listen to them! Their jealous of how beautiful, sweet, and intelligent you are. They're not worth picking a fight." Dad said, holding me close to his chest while I cried, hating on myself.

"But what if the things they say are true? What if I am a bitch that nobody will like?" I said, continuing to cry into his chest.

"No, you're none of those things they say! You know yourself better than anybody does." he hushed me, rocking me back and forth like a baby.

"But Dad-" I cried, gripping on tightly to his sleeve.

"You have people that love you, your mum loves you, your Grandma and Grandpa love you, I love you..." he said softly, kissing my forehead. Hushing me to sleep.

**end of flashback**

"Sonny!" I heard someone yell, happy that somebody did use my real name instead of "Comic Geek".

"Sonny!" said the same voice again, turning around to see the girl with messy hair again.

"Oh, hey, um..." Oh dear, I can't believe I forgot her name!

"No need to remember my name, you have to come over here now!" she said, pulling my arm as I followed to where she was heading. Hearing people chant "Fight, fight, fight!".

"What's happening?" I asked her as we ran faster towards the scene.

"Mackenzie, she punched Marisa, and now they're both fighting like sissy's!" she said, trying to see the fight. I couldn't believe Mack would do that! She seemed so shy and nice, but people sometimes break out of their comfort zone when it's gone too far.

That's when I saw her. Tugging on Marisa's short hair, her nose bleeding and her left eye half shut. She looked horrible, but determined to hit Marisa as much as possible, with that happy smile on her face. Marisa on the other hand, she looked just the same, bitchy and mean, her lip cut open, punching Mack multiple times.

"Should we do something?" I asked nervously, seeing Mack cover her face with her hands.

"Yeah, I think?" said Messy haired girl, her fists clutching.

"Leave Mackenzie alone!" she said, running towards Marisa, putting her up against the locker.

"What do I do?" I yelled as, uh, Jade! Yes that's her name, punch Marisa. Mack was on the floor, surprised, looking at them two fight in fear. Then a brunette came along, holding onto a math textbook, seeing that she was going to hit Jade in the head.

"Careful!" I yelled, rushing over towards the brunette, pushing her down before she could even hit Jade. Rolling myself away from her, I went over towards Mack, seeing her eyes widen surprised. But she wasn't looking at me for what I did, she was looking at the person behind me. Being dragged across the floor, I turned around to see the brunette back, ready to get her revenge.

"Now, c'mon let's settle this like adults," I said nervously, until she punched me in the jaw. Numbness and pain traveling all over my face. Quickly reacting to her punch, I kicked her in her own vagina, falling to the ground, making a quick escape for myself. Blood dripping down my mouth, I tried to get up before anything more could happen to me, but I didn't make. Feeling a tug on the back of my collar, a jock pushed me against a locker, his hand gripping tightly to my neck. Trying to kick his groan as hard as possible, his grip just kept getting tighter, raising his hand up, about to punch me with his strong, boney fists.

"No..." I let out, trying to get away from him.

"Hey! Pick in someone your own size!" I heard a voice say, his grip loosening as I saw Mr. Hot Head trying to pick a fight with him.

"You really want to fight Tommo?" asked the jock, Greg nervously nodding his head at him, in position to fight. His grip releasing me, I fell to the ground, trying to get back my breathing. Seeing Mack crawl into the crowd, I went to go follow her. Hearing people continue their chanting, I tried to say something, but nothing came out. I couldn't speak! Then a sharp pain hit me in the stomach, making me fall to the ground, motionless. Slowly turning my head, I saw Marisa standing above me, kicking me repeatedly in the stomach, coughing up blood.

"What ya gonna do about it, geek!" she said proudly, punching me in the face. I couldn't feel anymore pain after the 4th punch and 7th kick, but every time she hit me, it felt like a flick on my thick skin. Trying to open my eyes, everything seemed blurry, Marisa still hitting me, until I saw a blonde feminine figure push her away from me, slightly turning my head to see them both fighting. They were like true wrestlers, punching and kicking and chocking each other. I turned my head over just a bit to see Greg and the jock still fighting each other, Greg tired and exhausted but the jock still energised and ready to continue the fight until he won. I tried to get up from the ground but my thigh felt weak and my stomach felt heavy. Looking up from the ground, I saw Jade on the floor, motionless. She wasn't moving or anything, she was completely knocked out on the ground, her arms and legs stretched out. I crawled over towards her, moving her motionless body back and forth repeatedly, trying to see if she'd wake up. Blood dripping from my lips and swollen eye, I stained her white uniform shirt, feeling sorry for what I did to her shirt.

"J-Jade? W-Wake up..." I stuttered, struggling to sit against the locker, my stomach tightening and thigh paining me. Crying blood, I looked at the fight that was still going on, people still. punching each other. Hearing faint chants in the back of my head, loud moans, and screams surrounding my mind. Greg seemed like he had enough, like he couldn't take it anymore. Trying to win the fight, he covered his face with his arms while the jock kicked his ass. Greg then began coughing up blood, seeing the blurry image of the jock finishing him off by kicking him in the groan, victoriously.

"Did we kick Marisa's ass?" I heard a voice say, turning my head to see Jade awake, her swollen eyes barely opening.

"No, but Marisa sure did kick our asses." I said, Jade slightly laughing in pain, struggling to get up as well.

"Where's Mackenzie?" she asked me, trying to look for Mack.

"She left once things got a bit over hand." I answered, covering my mouth so I wouldn't spit out any blood.

"Good for her, she's lucky to have friends like us." Jade sighed, looking up at the ceiling.

"Yeah, she is." I replied back, seeing the blurry images of the crowd quickly rush out the scene, seeing a man in brown walk towards us, trying to break up the two feminine figures still fighting.

I knew sooner or later I was going to get in trouble, but not today. At least I did something memorable, something I would never forget.
