Liam's P.O.V

I wake up in the middle of the night hearing Hanna crying so I went by her bunk to see.

"Hanna whats the matter?"

"The Fault In Our Stars"she whispers

"Its not real its just a story"

"But it happened to someone I loved before"

I knew exactly what she was talking about just the thought of her makes my yes tear up.
Elizabeth was diagnosed with cancer kind of like the character in the movie and short after 5 months she was at our house and died in Hanna's arms.

"Hanna we both miss her dearly but you just have to think of happy thoughts."

I go into her bunch trying to confort her and she feel asleep like a baby.

Hanna's P.O.V

I wake up in my brother arms once again. He knew I remembered Elizabeth my true best friend that died of cancer I was heartbroken for almost a year and couldn't stop crying for months until Liam introduced me to Niall.

I slightly get out of Liam's grip and go to get something to eat I know there was a dinner somewhere near the venue. As l stepped out of the bus I felt a sharp pain. I feel from the steps of the bus to the hard pavement.

"HELP" I cried out loud nearly almost everyone on the bus came to my side.

"Hanna what happened, can you get up?" said Niall worried

"I fell off the bus and no, I think I broke my leg." I said between pain sobs

"Louis help me lift her into the car' Niall said

I felt Niall's arms lift me up from behind and him whispering "its going to be ok". Niall sat in back with me on the ride to the hospital trying to calm me down as we get closer and closer to the building. The doctor got me in quick getting x-rays I indeed had a broken leg and had to get a cast and crutches. The cast was baby blue and I know I was stuck with it for a while. Niall brought a sharpie and was the first to sigh my cast as we were leaving the hospital. Liam was worried sick about me and was crying by the time I got back. The first concert started soon and I had to get ready. I picked a light blue dress and blue uggs to match my cast. Before the concert the rest of the boys got to sign my cast and then got off the bus walking into our dressing rooms. Me and Savanna shared one and got to sit in front row to watch the concert. As we got to our seats I saw Eleanor and Perrie.

"Eleanor, Perrie I missed you guys"

"We missed you too Hanna" The said together

I handed them my sharpie and they signed my cast. A little while after the lights dimmed and the boys came out.

"GOOD AFTERNOON LONDON" screamed Harry

(They started singing songs from Midnight Memories)

Near the end of the concert the boys started singing Little Things. It was like Niall was singing to me I mean he never took his eyes off me one bit. By the end of the concert me and the girls slowly made our way backstage me being behind on my crutches. I finally reached backstage seeing the boys already started meet and greets. By the time meet and greets were over it was around 7.
I slowly made my way into the bus, Liam decided we should switch bunks because of my leg I didn't budge I was closer to Niall. By the time I laied down in my bunk I was out like a light.

*Dream*

I walked down the hall of the school for the last day of my life, Savanna, and Elizabeth were with me and we were going to have a sleepover tonight. After school we made my way to my house and placed all our stuff in my room. Savanna decided to go downstairs and get us some snacks so I was stuck upstairs with Elizabeth. I hear Elizabeth's breathing change from normal to fast pacing.

"Elizabeth are you okay"

"I am fine Hanna really"

Then she fainted but I caught her.

"Bye Hanna" was all I heard before she shut her eyes

"LIAM, SAVANNA HELP SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH ELIZABETH"

They both came running in and Liam called a ambulance. Later that night the doctors told me that she had died.

*Dream ended*

I woke up in a hot sweat. I always have the same dream around the same time it happened every single year it has been 2 years since she died. I open my curtain to find everyone around my bunk starring at me. Only Liam and Savanna knew about Elizabeth and they were trying to calm me down after my emotional break down. Tomorrow we have a concert I hope I am ready.

Hey so yea this is a chapter kind of explaining why she was crying and about the first concert. I just about her getting a cast because that was my dream was about last night.
