My Dangerous Knight

Clare's pov
I looked at harry with a blank face "why do you think so poorly of yourself harry? I mean everybody makes mistakes," I said quietly. He stared at me as well.

"But my mistakes are much bigger than you think," he said. I knew he was in england's most feared gang, but everything he has done for me has said otherwise.I knew fighting back with him was pointless. I give him a hug and a quick peck on the cheek,surprising him, before changing into my pajamas, but still wearing Harry's shirt.

When I came out of the bathroom, I see Louis and we make eye contact. His eyes were a mix of anger and sadness. And I didn't like it."please Louis, please don't blame yourself for this, it wasn't your fault," I said softly. He quickly hugs me and I don't hesitate to wrap my arms around him.

"Im sorry Clare, I'm sorry you had to go through that, I wish I could've done something," he said. I gave him a sad smile.

I'm glad that you are here now," I said. He gave me a small smile. I really was glad Louis was there. We connected really well when we met and hung out, and now it feels like he is like a brother to me.he made me smile even though we met recently. and I don't make friendships easily so that must mean Louis is something.

It was already nighttime and i wanted to get some rest. I said goodbye to Louis and headed to the room where I was staying. I saw Harry sitting on the bed looking deep in thought. When he noticed my presence he stood up. "I'm going to go to bed now," I told him quietly. He nodded and started walking out the door.

I wanted him to stay with me, because i was scared, but I felt like I was already asking for too much. So I let him walk out. I headed to bed and started thinking about the events of today and life in general. My thoughts got all jumbled up and I soon fell asleep.

"I'm going to find you bitch. And I'm going to show you a good time," he said wickedly. I was hiding. Hiding from the monster that was going to hurt me. "Found you!" He said before dragging me.
I jumped up screaming from the nightmare. I felt tears blurring my vision. Harry came running in with a gun, But put it down when he saw me crying. I was breathing heavily. He came towards me and cradled me. Without thinking I clung onto him, hiding my face in his chest.

"Shhh it's okay Clare I'm here, I will protect you," he said while running his hands gently down my hair. It helped my breathing calm down, but I was still scared out of my mind. Once he saw my breathing slow down he layed down with me and held me close.


He saw that I was still shaken up and started humming softly to me. I cuddled more into him feeling more safe. His voice was amazing, and instantly I started to feel less scared and secure. I soon feel asleep in his arms.
