You and Zayn are at the hospital because of a heart transplant.

“Don’t be! you are gonna pull through this its a known fact.”

“I love you.”You say backing away from the kiss.

“I will love you forever.”He says and you go in operation.

You come out successfully and you get in your wheel cahir to go to Zayn but,

Hes not there.In a sitting room seat you see at teddy bear and a card.You open the card.

“Hey Babe,Sorry I couldn’t be there after your transplant.But I will always be in your heart.Forever.”-Zayn <3It says you close it and confusely look at a nurse.

“Wheres the boy I was with before the operation?”You ask sadly like.

“Didn’t they tell you who the donor was?”She says.</3
