the end of the beginning

I pulled up to the school and fixed my tie in the mirror. "Ooh getting all cute for someone?" Sadie wiggled her eyebrows flirtatiously in my direction.

"no dork... I'm just so excited" I opened the door and locked it when she shut her door.

"seriously" she laughed, "I don't get you"

"whats there not to get? I'm a Senior who is excited to finally be back in school and ready to face adult world with politics and-" my sentence was cut short by me and Sadie bumping into two strong bodies.

One was a cocoa skinned boy with a reaction of surprise and lust at Sadie staring up at him. The other one was a boy with blonde hair and blue eyes with a look of surprise, confusion, and sort of ... flirtatious?

"hello there love" the cocoa boy kissed Sadies fingertips.

"oh hello" she blushed a light shade of pink at the romantic gesture.
lord please help us all... She was not seriously falling for that! His violent tattoos showed signs of danger and gangs. Sadie would not be pulled into this mess.

"im Zayn beautiful. May we exchange names" his eyes sparkled with desire.

Sadie giggled hysterically. "Sadie you want my number-" I pulled her quickly away before Sadie gave him her body right then and there.

"Sadie Marie. You've got to be kidding me!" I yelled once we 're out of earshot.

"what?" She was still blushing scarlet red from her encounter with zayn. The pure signs that Sadie had been hit with the love bus.

"out of all the athletes, smart kids, and anyone else other than zayn...you pick Zayn to flirt with" I shake my head disapprovingly at her.

Her face twists and I see a face I've never seen on Sadie before. "He was sweet! What are you going to separate US! Don't be so rude! God sometimes you piss me off" she stormed away from me just as the bell rang.

I stood shocked in the hallway.

"I want her" Zayn looks at me with desire in his eyes when the girls walk away. The girl that bumped into me was fairly attractive in her uniform.

"who?" I asked playing dumb.

"Sadie. That girl has a perfect body. Niall I need her" he looks back in there direction and licks his lips.

"you will have to get past her little buddy first" I laughed at how her friend or sister or whoever pulled her away from zayn protectively.

"thats where you come In my friend. Get that girl out of my way. Distract her whatever. I dont care" he waved his hand dismissively in the air.

"how do you know Sadie even likes you though?" I asked another stupid question. Zayns smirk grew.

"im a pretty irresistible guy. She won't be able to resist me. She will grow angry at the people that try to separate US. The perks of being attractive Niall. You should ty it sometime" he laughed on his way down the hall.

im attractive I thought myself.
