Not just coincidence.

Dana's POV

When I saw Marion walking towards me, I knew that she was up to something. I tried to ignore her but I just wanted to hear one last time her stupid voice and insult her right away. I just waited until she came and spoke. She did not say what I expected. "Hey!" I thought about speaking to her right after she said hi. I just decided to leave and ignore her. As I was walking out of the room in where we were doing the exercises, she ran up to me and asked me if I could go to her house next Friday. I smiled but I didn't answer. She looked suspicious but this time ill try to get along with her. Maybe she really wants to work things out and be nice. When I got home I called Emma and told her what had happened between Marion and me. She told me not to be too confident but I didn't listen to her advice. I saw Elliott covering his face with this weird hat he had on. He was acting all weird this afternoon. He didn't show up in dinner. I think he got in a fight or something again.

The days went by and nothing interesting or intense happened, until today. My dad texted me after school saying that he wont be able to pick me up and that I would leave in the school bus. It sounded very awkward because this is the first time that this ever happened. I started to ask myself a lot of questions of why did Elliott hide his face and that why my dad wanted me to leave in the school bus. When I got down and headed to the door, I waited and listened to my dad's screams from theother side of the door.
