We accept the love we think we deserve.

Liam

I kissed Sheila forcefully and pushed her up against the wall of the unfamiliar bedroom. I kissed down to her neck and along her jaw and nibbled at her ear. This was turning out to be a great party.

My hands traveled up her dress. I whispered her name against the crook of her neck. She gave a soft moan, and greedily lifted my head back to hers so we could kiss more.

There was a knock on the bedroom door. I swore, and Sheila laughed. We just couldn’t be left alone tonight.

“This room is taken.” I yelled out to the door. I heard a couple’s angry grumble. Sheila pulled my head to hers again. The kiss was slow and sweet. At the end, I bit her lip gently, and pulled back to look into her eyes. I leaned against her forehead. “I’ve missed you.” My vacation was really fun, but I missed my girlfriend.

Sheila held my wrist with her hand and placed it on her cheek. “I’ve missed you too, Daddy Direction.” I grinned at my nickname that the boys of One Direction had given me.

“We have to make up for the time I spent away from you.” I say, and I leaned in to kiss her again. Then, I slowly unzipped Sheila’s dress. There was another knock on the door. I quickly zipped up her dress and opened the door. “What?!” I said angrily. It was Ellie.

“Sorry, I, um, wow.....uh, we didn’t know were you guys were and I came to tell you that we’re leaving.”

“What?”Sheila said. “We just got here!”

Ellie shook her head. “We’ve been here for over two hours and the rest of us want to go do something else. Don’t ask me what they mean, because I don’t know.”

Wow. Time flies when you’re having fun. “Okay, we’ll be right down.” No doubt that the “they” Ellie was talking about was Louis and his drama friend, Leah.

We followed Ellie downstairs and instantly wished that we stayed upstairs. Leah was in a heated argument with the host of the party. Judging by how she kept on yelling his name, I could easily make an assumption that the host’s name was Justin. There was a crowd around them.

“You know what? Your an asshole.” Leah snapped.

“Least I’m not a tramp, like you who dances with everyone and his brother. Honestly, You dance with this kid? He probably doesn’t even really like you. I know you don’t really like him.” Justin shot back almost jokingly, pointing at Louis.

Louis stepped forward.

“Got something to say? Say it to my face.” He spat.

Justin turned. “You heard me. Leah’s a free spirit.” He said sarcastically. “She doesn’t like committing to one guy. Always leading them on. Really, Leah.”

“I’m not leading anyone on! We know where we stand in our “relationship”. I’m his friend. He knows that!” Leah defending herself. I saw hurt flash across Louis’s eyes for a second before he stood tall again, ready to take on Justin for Leah.

“Okay, whatever you say, I’m not fooled. I’m not the stupid one.” Justin looked and aimed this at Louis as well as Leah. His eyes glittered darkly at their outraged reactions.

“Oh, shut up Justin, and get a life.” Leah said. Justin laughed. Nothing was even remotely funny.

“Justin, why are you being so mean to Leah?” Ellie whispered. Loren just stood back and said nothing, by Ellie's side.

Justin shot them a look and said, “Because, she thinks that she’s so great and everything, but she’s not. She thinks that she’s so cool and whatever, but really, she is just an over sensitive, pissed-off-all-the-time girl.”

“I’m not pissed off all the time! You just get me pissed off!” Leah shouted. Justin grinned and I knew that this was the reaction that he wanted. He wanted her to get really pissed off, because he knew that he could get her this way. He kept on insulting her and Louis and her friends. I clutched at Sheila’s waist, ready to pull her away from a fight that was going to happen.

Suddenly, I think Leah finally reached her tipping point. She lunged at Justin, punching him across the face and falling to the ground on top of him. Oh my lord. This girl had more anger than I thought. She was really short tempered. She kept on delivering heavy blows to his face until there was blood across her knuckles. Harry and Louis grabbed at Leah and dragged her outside. Erin followed closely behind, but just far enough so that she wouldn’t get attacked by Leah. Leah struggled in their arms all the way to the door, yelling profanities at Justin, while he slowly got up.

Loren rushed over to him and tried to help him get up. Justin brushed her off and wiped the blood from his streaming nose. But oddly enough, he was still smiling with an overly cheeky expression on his face. Everyone was just staring and whispering. Even with the loud music blasting from the speakers, everything seemed quiet. Ellie pulled at my shirt and beckoned for me and Sheila to follow her outside to the cars. Justin spoke up.

“Yeah, you all better leave. Don’t know why you came here in the first place.” He wiped his nose again with the back of his hand. Someone handed him a hand towel.

Loren and Niall came with us. Loren looked back at Justin longingly, but said nothing.

Outside, Leah was still fuming. Louis had her close in a tight embrace and was stroking her back.

“He’s such a jerk! He thinks that he can walk all over me, and he thinks I’m gonna sit there and take it, but not anymore! I hate him. Why does he do this to me?” Leah said angrily. Louis said things like, “I know” and “Your right” and other things that eventually calmed her down a bit.

“So...” Sheila said. We all looked around at each other awkwardly. Zayn suddenly appeared, looking slightly disheveled, but much happier than before the party. He cleared his throat in the silence.

“I know!” Harry suddenly exclaimed. He whispered to Loren and she smiled. “Let’s go to my house.” He said. Everyone was curious. We looked at Harry and Loren.

“Come on, chop chop!” Loren said, laughing at our expressions and ushering us into our respectable cars. Even Louis and Leah were confused, which was a rare event. The rest of us could only guess as to what we would be doing at Harry’s.
