The next couple of days Zayn took great care of me. Maybe a little too good. I could only leave my room when I had to go to the bathroom. Even then, Zayn would carry me in bridal style out there, and wait outside, until I was done, and then, he would carry me back to my room. However, it was sweet, and I somewhat liked it. I mean, who wouldn’t like to have a hot guy taking care of you? That is right, no one!
Also, Anna and Justin were often visiting, which was sweet! Although Zayn and Justin would be talking in the kitchen, while me and Anna would have our girl-talk in my room. We have really grown close, these couple of days, I guess, she is not as bad as I thought she was.
Zayn and I have also grown really close! He is so freaking charming I cannot take it anymore! When I stare into those big brown bear eyes, my inside melts! I think, I’m growing to like him – as in allot, but I know were just friends…. And to those of you who doesn’t know, friend zone sucks! “So that’s basically what we have been doing today,” Anna said, as she took her water bottle, and drank a big sip. She’s telling me what they did at practice today. We were currently sitting on my bed, chatting.
“Exciting,” I said whit sarcasm filling my voice.
“Oh, and I haven’t even told you the best part. So, there’s this simulator, that simulates dogs. And not little Chihuahuas, no big brutal dogs. And I challenged Justin to try it, since he’s freaking scared of dogs. So, he got into the simulator, and there came two pit-bulls. After around five seconds with them, he started screaming like a little girl, and started kicking after the dogs. Little did he know, the dogs were play sick, and one of them bit his foot. As soon as it let go, Justin ran out of the simulator, and into the bathroom. It was hilarious, and I laughed so hard!” Anna says. I began laughing, so hard some tears made their way down my cheek.
“That’s so genius!” I said, in between my laughs.
“You know, I have had a great time, these last couple of days,” Anna said, after we stopped laughing.
“Yeah, me too. You’re a good friend,” I say, and look into her eyes. She smiles at my comment, and I can’t help but smile back.
“You’re beautiful, you know that?”
“Why, thank you,” I say, and smile, “You too!” And it was true. She’s a true beauty!
“Can I try something?” She asks me, and look deeply into my eyes.
“Yeah, sure…”
“Okay, just close your eyes,” She said, and I obey, “And promise me not to say or do anything.”
I nod, and listen carefully.
“So, the thing is that… Over these past few days, I have had a weird feeling in my stomach, when I’m around you. It’s like I’m being magnified to you, and there’s nothing I can do about t. The thing is Perrie I like you… A lot. I think you’re amazing and beautiful and…” She says, and I can feel her lean closer to me.
All the sudden, I fell her small lips on top of mine. I fling my eyes open, to see Anna’s face. I fling away, and give her a confused look.
“I… I’m... I’m sorry,” Anna says, and run out of the room. I let my fingers run over my lips, and just stare out in the empty air. Anna just kissed me. Holy shit, Anna kissed me! Anna likes me… But I don’t like her back. I don’t get butterflies in my stomach when I see her. And I know exactly how the butterflies feel, because…. I get them around Zayn… I like Zayn... I like Zayn, and that sucks! As the days go by, Anna don’t come back. I am a kind of glad over that, because I don’t know if I can face her. She likes me, but I don’t like her. Shit…
“Peeeeeerrie!” Zayn yells as he comes into my room. There’s a big grin attached to his face, and I have no idea why.
“Guess what. I just got a call from the doctor, saying that you could probably walk again!” He says excited.
“Finally!” I say, slide myself over to the end of the bed. I place my feet on the ground, and stand up. I immediately regret that, when once again feel the pain. Just, not as much as before.
“Whoa, slow down a bit,” Zayn says, and comes over to me on the bed.
“You okay?” He asks and looks into my eyes. And there they are: the butterflies.
“Yeah, yeah, I’m fine… Thank you,” I say, and feel myself being paralyzed by his dreamy eyes. Keeping eye contact, he places one hand on my back and the other on my stomach. I once again try to standup, with the help from Mr. Dreamy eyes. I get up, and he helps me walk a little around. After a few steps, I feel my leg hurt, and all of the sudden, it breaks down under me, and I’m lying on the floor, with Zayn on top of me. Our faces are inches apart, and I feel his hot breath stroke my face. We just lay there, locking into each other’s eyes for a while. Suddenly he moves closer, and I feel my heartbeat racing. My butterflies are going crazy, and I let them. Then it happens. His lips touch mine, and I feel my eyelids close. His warm, soft lips makes my heart skip a beat, and I crave more. I crave more of this amazing feeling, that I have never tried before. Not with Justin, not with Anna, not with anyone. I let my fingers find his hair, and explore the wild jungle. With one hand, he is holding himself up, while the other one is holding him up. Then he breaks the kiss, and I try to catch my breath.
Then, in one swift movement, he lifts me up, and carries me over to my bed. He slips us under the covers, and he pulls me into the spoon position, with one arm around my waist.
And before you ask, no we didn’t do anything, we just laid there, and talked.
This is perfect, I thought to myself. The perfect person, the perfect moment, the perfect feeling.
