"You promised, Addie!" his voice trembled and I could tell he was fighting the urge to cry.

"Harry.."

"No. Don't." he sighed running his hands through his already messy hair which I loved so much about him.

"I don't think I can do this. Not right now." he turned around to leave the small coffeeshop we used to come to every day when we were younger.

"Harry, please.." My eyes were filled with unshed tears, which were just waiting to be released.

He turned around to look me in the eyes and I could see the pain in them. The beautiful and always bright green eyes were completely bloodshot and it made my heart ache to think that I was the cause of this mess.

"No, Adriana. I loved you. I always did. And I still do, but you.." he shook his head not being able to finish it.

"I loved you, Harry! Do you really think I would forget about you? about us? I loved you! Hell, I still do!" I yelled the tears now falling down my cheeks but I didn't care.

"But you love him too." he said and I could see a small tear run down his cheek before he quickly wiped it away.

"You love my best friend too, Adriana" he whispered before turning around and leaving the small shop.

I wanted to go after him. To tell him he was wrong. But I couldn't. Because I knew he was right.





They say it's impossible to forget your first kiss, your first touch, your first boyfriend.
Every single thing which happens in your life reminds you of that one certain person.
