"I don't think you know who I am," She smirks as she leans over the table at me and studies me. I catch sight of the supposed tattooed rope-like texture on her neck. "I'm sure you have no idea."
"Tell me the truth, Nay. I need to know the truth!" I almost yell urgently in her ear as her jaw clenched.
"Sometimes you don't need to know the truth to understand, Louis."
Louis Tomlinson is a 22 year old private investigator that investigates crimes - a Sherlock Holmes, basically. A detective. He's convincing and intelligent, never failing to find the evidence.
Nay Williams, however, isn't a detective. Her story is one of the most mysterious.
When she was 10, she tried to hang herself, sources confirm. Then when she was 12 she tried again, but for some strange reason, she doesn't die whenever she attempts suicide.
They call her the "Hanged Girl," a creature, a monster.
Louis is on her case. Can he solve her mystery, fix her life, and then fall in love along the way?
Who knows? Anything can happen when you have the Hanged Girl on your side.
Characters
Harry Styles
Part-time cook at a diner near the shop where Liam and Niall work. He's only exchanged a few words and a nod and smile with them, other than that he doesn't know about them. He doesn't know about Nay all that well, but Zayn and Louis tell him about her since Louis, Zayn and him are friends.
Liam Payne
Niall's best mate and works with him at the shop. He's never met Nay but due to his shy, quiet personality he never bothered to be introduced. He met Louis when Nay and Louis were having an argument and Niall urged him to ask what's wrong.
Louis Tomlinson
Before he was in One Direction, he was a private investigator & detective - the best of his time. He never failed to not find evidence or Sherlock Homles things like that.Best mates with Zayn and Harry, but he hasn't met Liam and Niall all that well. He's on Nay's case. He might be terrifed of her, but there's a strange attraction.
Nay Williams
{Played by Louisa Rose Allen A.K.A Foxes} Nay is known as the Hanged Girl because of how she always tried to hang herself but never succeded to die. Her trial and mystery has been on case for many years. Most people were afraid to walk up to her, due to what she's become - a gangster, a punk, someone who looks innocent but hits a punch with a cigarette in her mouth. Louis is on her case right now.
Niall Horan
Soon to be in One Direction with Louis, but he doesn't know him. He works part-time at a shop where Nay usually hangs around at, smoking and staring out at the street. Like many people he's terrified of her as her legend has been spread many times - but he's one of the few people to make friends with her.
Zayn Malik
Louis's best friend and is soon in One Direction with him. He had a part-time job at an artist for a small company but sometimes he volunteers to sketch the criminals for Louis when they're solving a crime.
