This is me

This is my story. It's not some sappy, teenage romance. So if that's what you are looking for I suggest you stop reading right now.So prepare your selfs for the most awesome, epic heroine who is.....well, ME. Cause this is my life and I'm in charge now.

"Ash get down here we have something we would like to tell you" Sophia ordered in a stern voice." God who made you queen bitch around here" I replied my voice dripping with sarcasm." I am your mother--" I cut her if right there. "Please you are not my mother, you adopted me a toddler could have done that!" I stated lazily while I inspected my nails. "This is exactly why I'm sending you away" Sophia said her voice so bland I could taste the revolting flavor in my mouth." Yes I know, I've been a horrible daughter so your sending me to some stuck up British school with no tolerance for anything less than perfection and blah blah blah, well Sophia news flash, I'm not leaving Brooklyn" I laughed. It was adorable when Sophia try to stand her ground. We both knew that she didn't have a backbone in that skinny ass body of hers. She thought that she was going to send me to that school but there is no way in hell that I am ever going to leave Justin or Lily. My crew needs me. I grabbed my bag and headed towards the door. "Where do you think your going young lady?" Sophia screamed behind me. I gave her my Please Bitch look and bluntly stated " The streets."

"I'm in a crew. We battle on the streets. It's as simple as that. Justin is the leader of the crew, he is also my boyfriend. My crew is my family and dancing is what brings us together. I'm not going to let anyone tear that apart. Especially not Sophia, so that means no London, no boarding school and no leaving Brooklyn!" I thought as I stormed into the abandon sugar factory we hold practice in. Lily was already there. Lily was like my sister. Her blue eyes and blond hair make her look like no threat. But put her on the floor and she be tearing up your ass."Hey girl, I been thinking bout dat battle next Saturday and ---- oh it looks like y'all been crying what up?" Lily asked. "Nothing,Lil" I stated. " Is it Justin, he not treating you right, I'll go fuck up pretty boy's face right now!" Lily started. " Calm down L, it's not Justin he knows not to mess with you" I added trying to sooth her temper. She had some anger mangment worthy moments. " He'd better, so what's bothering you?" Lil asked. "Sophia trying to ship me off to some boarding school in London" I complained. " Girl, that's huge you should totally go!" Lil stated enthusiastically. "Say what now?" I asked dumbfounded. " If you get any chance to get out of this toxic wasteland, then jump at the damn offer." Lil said. "Whatever lets start before anyone gets here" I said making it seam effortless. I really had something to think about now.
