Darcy 2

*Justin's P.O.V*

I got a detention today for skipping class to make out with Darcy. I showed it to my dad when I got home and he yelled at me. I told him to fuck off, packed an overnight bag, and said I was going to Nate's house for the night. Skylar's mom and dad weren't going to be home tonight so that's where I actually went. We were now drunk and higher than ever and laying in her bed while talking.
"So how the fuck did you get a detention", she asked me.
"I skipped first hour to make out with Darcy", I said laughing. She laughed with me.
"That's hilarious. Tryin to be sneaky with your side bitch", she said.
"Right. Wanna hear the funniest part"? I asked. She nodded while taking a swig of her beer bottle.
"I told her I still loved her and that I'm a changed person", I said. We both started busting out laughing. Smoke and liquor filled the entire room.
"I thought I was your one and only", she said in a whiny voice.
"Of course you are. Darcy means nothing to me", I said putting my hand on her thigh.
"You know...I don't even care that you cheated", she said drunk/high talking. I laughed along with her and kissed her.
"I'll text her right now to tell her how I REALLY feel", I said. I fucking hated her. Forget Darcy.

*Darcy's P.O.V*

I woke up Tuesday morning in a very tired mood. I had a minor headache and I didn't feel like doing anything. I rolled out of bed and walked out to the kitchen, wear Stephanie had been cooking eggs and bacon for me.
"Thanks", I said sitting at the table. Dad walked out of his room with his hair being a mess.
"I have a job interview for the middle school choir teacher today", he said with bags under his eyes. For the past two and a half years, he's been going to college and he finally got his music education degree. He's going up to my districts middle school today to see if he's qualified. It will be pretty exciting for him.
"Geez honey. Want more"? Stephanie asked looking at my almost empty plate. I was starving.
"No thanks. But I should go get ready", I said excusing myself from the table. They nodded as I got up and went to my room. I didn't feel like I had any energy so I just but on a sweatshirt, yoga pants, and ugg boots. I took a shower last night so I had naturally curly wavy right now. I decided that I didn't care how I looked right no so I decided to go to school like that. I put on some makeup and walked out to the kitchen.
"Do you want to drive so you don't have to walk"? Dad asked.
"Sure. Thanks", I said. He grabbed his car keys and tossed them to me.
"I really need to get you a car", he said. I smiled, hugged him and Stephanie, and left for school.

I walked into first hour excited to see Xavier. Yesterday, was a total mistake. I don't know if Justin really changed or not but either way, I don't care. I had a lot of feelings for Xavier and I wasn't going to forgive Justin.
"Hi Xavier", I said sitting down. He didn't say anything. I tapped on his shoulder and he slowly turned around.
"Hey", I said with a huge smile on my face.
"Hi", he said quietly.
"What's wrong"? I asked. He gave me a sad look.
"Darcy, look. I get it. Your still into Justin and you're obviously not ready to move on from him. You should've just told me", he said.
"I don't like Justin anymore. I like you, remember"? I said. I stopped smiling once I realized he was being super serious.
"Really? Because I know how you got that detention yesterday. I'm totally fine with it. I get that you still like him. I mean, he's the dad of your baby", he said.
"Xavier, that didn't mean anything. We skipped because we were talking about what was going on with the pregnancy and then he kissed me and I went along with it. I'm so sorry. I"-
"And I'm totally fine with that. But until you figure out who you want, stop playing around with me", he said turning back around.
"But I want you", I said quietly. He turned around once again with a sad face. He was obviously really hurt by what I did and so was I.
"You do"? He said. I nodded with a very very small smile on my face.
"I want to be with you too", he said.
"What are we waiting for"? I asked.
"You". He said with a chuckle.
"Not anymore", I said. I looked over at Justin who had his arm around Skylar's shoulder while her head was laying on his. I can't believe him.
"Do you want to go to the movie's with me on Friday night"? He asked.
"Thank you. Yes. I'd love that", I said quickly. I was just happy he forgave me for what I did.
