Alexandria’s POV
It’s been 2 years since Rosie disappeared. School isn’t the same anymore, and to be honest I really miss the girl. Yes, she was cruel, but not to me.I guess we got along because we both had one thing in common, we got adopted more than 8 times. “Hey Alex, I think Darren likes you. He won’t stop staring at you.” Sky says and I smile. I look over at Darren and see him smiling at me, so I smile back. “Ms. Payne and Mr. Smith is there something you’d like to share with the class?” Mrs. Franklin says. “No ma’am, I’m sorry.” I say to her and then the office intercom buzzes. “Alexandria Payne, Sky Horan, Bella Tomlinson, Sienna Malik, and Megan Styles please report to the office immediately.” The principal says and I gulp. Both Sky and I gather our stuff and meet up with the other three. “God, I hate going into the same room with the principal. She scares the living hell out of me.” Megan says and I nod. We walk in together and see our parents. Well one of our parents. Harry is there for Megan, Barbara is there for Sky, Zayn for Sienna, and Eleanor is there for Bella. “Alexandria, Mr. Styles will be here for you instead of your parents considering that they are on a trip.” The principal says. “Can we just get this over already? Nobody really cares to be honest.” Sienna says. “Sienna!” Zayn snaps. “She’s not wrong Zayn.” Harry mummers to him, and I know I’m the only one who can hear. We all sit down, and I sit down next to Harry. “As you all know Rosabella’s-“ The principal doesn’t finish because I glare at her. “I swear to god if this is another interrogation count me out! I’m sick of being questioned! And I am sick and tired of Rosie’s funeral being brought up! So how about you shut up for once, and actually fucking believe us when we say we didn’t do bloody hell!” I snap and everybody looks at me. I stand up with my bag in hand and storm out of the room, all of the girls following me. Our parents stay in the room and I walk to my locker. “If this makes you feel less angry, that outfit looks really good on you.” Megan says but I roll my eyes. “Thank you for the compliment, but I’m not in the mood right now. Just get me my work for today because I’m going home.” I huff and walk towards the door. “Ok! And great job sticking it to the man!” Sienna says and I smile.
-30 minutes later (Home)-
I sit on my large couch and cuddle into my fuzzy orange soft blanket. “Always interrogating me..Thinking I killed one of my best-friends…Thinking I’m a psychopathic murder! God people are crazy these days..” I mumble as I turn the flat-screen telly on. My front door opens and Harry walks in. “Do you seriously know how bad you made your parents look! Now they started asking us if you were living in a stable environment!” He shouts but I could care less.“You listen to me when I’m talking to you!” He shouts at me. “You’re not my father. You’re not my uncle. You’re not my family. You’re my best friends dad, and guess what? That doesn’t give you the right to be screaming at me in my own house! I could care less how bad I made my parents seem! I’m broken because I lost my best-friend! I lost the only person who actually knew what my life was like before I moved in with Liam and Danielle, the only person who ever knew what I went through! What I did to get over pain! Who I was!” I scream throwing a glass vase at him. He dodges it just in time and I just fall to my knees crying.Harry doesn’t move, instead he watches me cry, watches me scream, watches me melt back into who I was when I was 15. He rushes over, and tries to comfort me, but I push him away and hug my knees to my chest. “I’m so sorry. I-I didn’t mean to yell. I just got angry.” He says looking at me. “Just go..” I whimper and instead he wraps me in his arms and gives me a bone crushing hug. He loosens his grip to just a soft hug, and I don’t push him. Grabbing his shirt I softly cry into it, and he doesn’t stop me, he just combs my hair with his fingers. “The-They won’t stop questioning me. I can’t even maintain self control any more. Ha-Harry please get them to stop.” I whisper into his shirt and his breath hitches in his throat. “I’ll try my best. I really will.” He says but I pull away. “No, you have to! You can’t let them break me even more! Please!” I whisper and he looks at me. I see something in his eyes, something other than sympathy…I see….love? Harry nods at me and leans his head in. His lips connect with mine and I’m in shock at first, but I kiss back. Shockingly, I always thought that he would kiss girls rougher than he did.

I pull away abruptly and Harry looks at me. “Oh my god! I’m so, so, so sorry! Please don’t say anything!” He says with worry in his voice. “So am I! And I won’t that would mess up all of my friendships!” I say and he nods. “Don’t remember what I’m about to say, but I really enjoyed that kiss..” He trails off and I look at the ground blushing. “Well, you might want to clean up. Your wife has anger issues and jealousy problems!” I laughs and he rushes to my shower.
I kissed my best-friends dad and I loved it. I liked kissing him-Harry…
