Chapter twelve
*Taylor's pov*
As soon as I could I took out my phone and called Harry, I couldn't wait to talk until he's back, not after what almost happened tonight, I needed to talk NOW!
After calling him like a billion times and leaving about five voicemails, I fell asleep at my kitchen table, luckily the voicemail wasn't on!!!
* * * Friday * * *
The rest of the week was pretty lame, Harry didn't call back nor texted me, John was avoiding me, Jenna hasn't texted back either and I missed my family like crazy, because I haven't heard of them, obviously they can't send messages anymore or what?
I was really down and I couldn't talk to ANYONE!
Me and John were cleaning up the mess after we closed the Pub and because I knew that I couldn't stand another week like this, I decided to speak out with John.
I walked over to him, where he was cleaning a table and trying to ignore the fact that I was standing behind him.
"John?", I asked shy, "Could we talk? Please?!", "Sure.", he growled.
"Ok, so you know... I really like you and I don't want you to be mad at me, it's just that it's all a bit too much for me right now and.... I barely know you... and it had absolutely nothing to do with you! Could you please stop avoiding me? I really need someone to talk to and someone to be here for me...", I said and swallowed some tears, this all really was TOO MUCH for me right now.
"You know I'm not only avoiding you because I am angry or something, also because I'm ashamed...", "Ashamed of what?", I asked surprised, "Ashamed because, whenever I like a girl I really don't know how to behave around her and stuff like on Monday happen!", "Oh come on you can't tell me you don't know how to behave around women!", I said.
"Well but it's the truth...", he answered.
"But really now, is everything ok again?", I asked, "Sure!", he said and took me in his arms, it felt great, because I knew that he would be there for me whenever I needed him.
And that was the point when everything came up! I started crying like a waterfall and John kept me in his arms.
"Do you want to talk about it?", he asked as soon as my tears dried and I was able to speak again, I nodded.
"It's just that, I haven't heard from neither my family nor my best friend the whole week, I know that my parents have a problem with the internet but they could still text me! And then I wanted to talk with my ... my friend about something and he said we would talk when he comes back from holidays, but I noticed that I can't wait until then and I called him and he hasn't answered until now! Plus I am really happy that everything is settled between us.", it bubbled out of me.
I wan't sure if he at least understood one of the words that I just said, but that didn't matter, I was just really happy it was all out!
"Believe me, it'll all be fine!", he said. I smiled and he started smiling too.
We stood there like this for a while, arm-in-arm, just smiling.
"Huh!", John suddenly said, "What's wrong?", I asked.
"It's already three, it'll be four until we're finished with cleaning!", "Oh shit!", I said, freed myself out of his arms , and began to clean up. "No leave this, we'll clean tomorrow just come here at four!", he said strict and I smiled in relief, I was really tired and I might have fallen asleep while we would've cleaned up!
"Ok, see you tomorrow then!", I said, waved and walked to the door, "Oh, and John!", I added, "Thank you!", he smiled, "Anytime! And go now, I don't need a sleepy barkeeper!", he said and laughed.
"Bye!"
* * * Friday * * *
The next week was way better than the last, my mom had called a few times and we said we would FaceTime tomorrow. Well I had neither heard from Jen nor Harry, but I had John who talked to me again!
"A beer please!", a man grumbled, "Sure!", I said, grabbed a glas and filled it with beer, "Here we go, that's 5£ please!", "Here, take 7£", the man said and reached me ten £, I gave him the change just when my phone rang, I took it out of my pocket, it was a message from Jen!!!
"Hey Taylor! No phones during work please!", I heard John shouting from the other side of the Pub, "Yeah I know! But it's from Jenna!", "Oh well then!", he said and came over, "I take over until you're finished!", he said, he was so nice.

Sooo you and Harry huh? Have you tried to call him?
I'm sorry I haven't answered until now, I was on holidays and it would've costed me too much for one text!
As for Dave, thank you for the offer but I don't think I'll need it, he is the true gentleman and AHHH he's just purrfect!!!

Of course I tried to call him, but he hasn't answered until now and I'm pretty sure he saw that I called him and that I left like 5 voicemails ! So I kinda gave up on him!
I'm glad I have nothing to worry about with Dave! And he sounds like something to keep! ;)))
Oh yeah and have I told you about John? I think not! Anyway he's really hot and I really, really like him and he wanted to kiss me last week but i couldn't because of Harry and now that I gave up on him I need your advice: Should I go for John?

"Finished?", I heard John saying, I quickly pressed "Send" and hide my phone behind my back, "Yeah sure!", I said, "I take over again!", I winked at him and continued taking the orders.
"Pling", another text, John cast a reproachful look at me, "One last time?", I asked, he nodded, "But make it quick!", he said, "Sure!", I answered.

I put the phone back in my pocked, turned around where the costumer from before ordered another beer, "Coming!", I said, filled his glas with beer again, he drunk it out, payed and left and I recognized that surprisingly there were almost no costumer left. That meant that I could g home earlier today, YAYY!
