Good Meets Bad.

I woke up to my mum calling my name. It's 5:30 am and she wants me to dress nice for my first day at Mullingar High. 'Do I have to go?' I asked when she came in my room that's bare because we just moved in. 'Yes baby you do.' I pouted. 'But they're going to pick on me!' I yelled while my mom was walking out the door to make breakfast. 'They'll love you. Now go shower, you smell!' She laughed. 'You don't have to dress all fancy. I just want you to make a good impression.' She said while mustering a 'take a shower!' I turned the water to the right setting in my bathroom. Mum gave me the master bedroom/bathroom because she said she didn't need as much space as I did for my room. I'm known for my tumblr styled bedrooms. Once the water was at the right temperature, I stripped down and hopped in. Twenty minutes later, I was out of the shower with a towel in my hair and fully dressed. 'Do look amazing! Do something with your hair. I made your favorite breakfast! POPOVERS!' She yelled the last part. I blow dried my hair and plugged my curling wand in.

'You curled your hair?' Mum asked when I walked downstairs. 'Yeah. I'm also riding my penny-board in today.' I said with a smile. 'Whatever.' mum said with sigh. She doesn't like my board because I fell off of it in grade 5, 7 years ago. My mum is the type to let loose. For my 16th birthday party, my best friend threw me a party and I came home drunk with a 'mister' -if ya know what I mean..- who was one of my friends Justin. We 'did it' safely and I didn't end up pregnant -wich both parents were relieved about- Mum trusts me to do things like that. I'm aloud to do what I want. I even have a credit card because she' never home due to her job. She examines hospitals around the UK, but she's letting me stay in Ireland for as long as I want to. I'm Staying and the only moving I'll be doing is from high-school to college. I went downstairs and ate a popover or two. 'Kennedy!' mum yelled from upstairs.'Yea Ma?' I yelled back. 'Phones going off!' I'd just realised I forgot my phone and my penny board upstairs. I ran up there and kissed her goodbye. After I slipped on my doc martens, I left with a 'Bye mum!' I played my favorite band, 5 Seconds of Summer. 'She looks so perfect standing there in my American Apparel underwear.' I sang.

I arrived at the school -pennyboard in hand- and walked into the office. 'Hi!' I waved. 'I'm Kennedy Holtz. I'm here to pick up my schedule.' I said holding my hand out. the lady gladly shook it. 'I'm Mrs. Welch.' She printed out my schedule and I was getting ready to leave when a question popped in my head. 'Can I ride this around?' I asked. 'Yes you may Miss Holtz. Show the teachers this pass, you can do whatever you'd like.' She said. 'Have a nice day!' We said at te same time.

When I arrived at my locker, I fell off my board. 'What the fuck? I haven't fallen off onen 7 years!' yelled. I realised that my 5sos board -that I made- snapped in half. 'My board snapped! Are you serious? I just got this!' I yelled. 'Hi. I'm Aria.' A girl with beautiful dark hair said to me. 'Hi. I'm Kennedy Holtz.' I smiled. We walked to homeroom together after realising we have SO much in common. When we arrived in homeroom, I saw a person sitting there with their hood up. I could tell it was a boy. I walked up to him and tapped him. 'Hi. Can I sit next to you?' I asked. A simple nod of the head was fine for me. I sat down and Aria sat down next to me. She passed me a note. 'That's Niall. He's quiet and mysterious. He only talks to his 4 friends. He's bad news Kennedy. Stay away from him' I scoffed and the bell rung as people started rushing into the small classroom.
