The City Of Love

Rachel's P.O.V. "Oh my god! Second floor!" I squeled as the elevator opened and we all shoved out.
'How do we get to the top floor?" Lena asked, as we began walking around the second floor.

I rushed to the edge and gasped.

"Look, Louis! Look how high up we are!" I yelled.

The view was breathtaking. From the ground it didnt look lik it was as high as this.

Louis chuckled at how excited I was.

"C'mere, I wanna take a picture" I dragged Louis closer to me, holding my phone out.

I took a few pictures, making sure to get the lights of the city in the background.

As soon as I was done taking pictures, I realised the others had all wandered off, probably up to the top.

"You wanna go to the top?" Louis asked, as I slipped my phone back into my pocket.

I bit my lip.

"Yeah, but before we do can I -eh, ask you something?" My voice came out softly, an indication that I was nervous.

He looked confused but nodded.

"Of course. Anything" he told me.

I took a breath. I couldnt believe I was actually going to ask him this.

"Okay, well you see the thing is.." I trailed off, not sure how to word it.

He raised an eyebrow, willing me to continue.

"The thing is.." I tried again but failed.

I sighed.

"Heres the thing-"

"Rachel!" Louis cut me off, looking amused.

"Okay, okay! Do you remember when we first became friends and I told you I had a bucket list?" I started.

He nodded.

"Well one of the things on the bucket list is to.." My voice faded off into a whisper.

"Was to..?"

"To kiss someone on top of the Eiffel Tower" I said softly and slowly.

He looked confused for a minute but then realisation hit.

"Oh! Oooohhhhh" he mumbled.

"And you want that to be me?" He added, seeming very surprised.

I felt myself blush a little as I nodded.

"Well yeah, not in like a romantic way or anything.. Its just, your like my best guy friend and I just thought I-"

"Sure" he cut me off easily.

"Really?"

"Of course. Its no big deal" he shrugged.

I grinned widely.

"Well great! Okay, lets go" I said enthusiastically.

We had to buy tickets to take the elevator to the top floor.

Once we were in the elevator I started to freak out a litle. The elevator was completely glass so you could see the whole city.

"It's a lot higher than I originally thought" I mumbled to Louis.

He chuckled slightly, wrapping an arm around my waist.

"You scared?" He whispered, his voice amused.

:"Course not" I muttered back, folding my arms huffily.

When we eventually got up to the top I was surprised. The floor had glass around it so it wasnt too scary. However, Louis quickly told me there was a stairway which led to outside.

I followed him up the small stairway and was mesmerised. There was of course a large fence-type thing to prevent people from falling, but you could still see the entire city.

"Wow Louis I-"

I turned to see him but was instead met his lips crashing against mine.

My hands rested on his chest while his had found my hips.

The kiss was sweet. Nothing forced or uncomfortable about it.

When he pulled back he flashed me a smile.

"Now you can say that you kissed THE Louis Tomlinson on top of the Eiffel Tower" he winked.

I just smiled in response, still a little dazed from the kiss.

We took a few pictures then, it wasn't every day that you were on top of the Eiffel Tower.

We then went in search of the others.
