Bright Blue Eyes

The sun is going down as I lay on my back on my bed. After lunch we had our first hike. When we got back we had cabin time then dinner. We went on another short hike.

Now the sun is setting, turning the sky a bright orange-pink color. Molly and Ally walk into the room in there pajamas. I had already taken a shower and changed into my pajamas, which is just a plain black tank top with fuzzy purple pants.

As Kylie brushes her hair, she looks up at me. "Hey Sky, I noticed you were talking with Louie a lot. What's up with that?"

I feel my cheeks burn slightly and bite my bottom lip. A bad habit I do when I'm nervous or embarrassed. "I don't know, we're friends."

"Sky..." Scarlet says "You bit your lip. Something's up." My cheeks burn more.

"I said it's nothing." I turn on my side, so my back is to the other three girls.

"Sky.." I hear Scarlet say softly as she climbs onto my bunk. I sit up and look at her as she sits in front of me.

"What about Cody?"
